Divi news and q1 update to follow.

If you look at the oil stocks in tsx today they are all down, still trading above us at 10.68p.

There has been an overhang here for sometime hence the low sp. The overhang is clearing and more interest in the stock.

Divi confirmation this will move quicker.. imho

Thanks DrJimJones, these are shallows wells in clearwater formation, so im guessing only a few weeks to get to TD for each well.

How much they producing from clearwater and what is average a well flows in that area?

Clearly very little was known about the canadian assets.

I think last week another smallcap, tve in the tsx purchased some assets in clearwater for $120m, production in these assets around 1800boepd.

I3e has always been about offshore uk licenses but now somehow they managed to pull a great deal. Im just following canadian valuations, where they mainly trading around 5 times fcf at present. So we have someway to go, like DrJim has said with the q1 one results coming it will get better interest in canada especially because the assets are well known over there.

How on earth i3e manage to get these assets on the cheap, where were the other north american oilies..

You are correct in this being heavily undervalued. Divi news is imminent as shareholders in UK need to pass the resolution.

Dont canadian oil and gas companies give yearly guidance. Should expect one here one would think.

Minimum for canadian assets is 18p for me based on current production and if farm out then 30p+..

To be fair their website needs updating, they havent even bothered to put in the new canadian assets in.
