BUDD has stated sales are limited due to lack of eua, this is material news if its not out first thing then eua hasnt been issued.

No pussyfooting here, there is speculation on mkt gdr will have to inform if eua issued on one product.

I agree 100%. Under aim rules it needs to be released tomorrow if they were informed on friday after hours. If this is all false then we will know 2morrow.

Now take a look at the product pic, it clearly states on the label "validation of this product has not been reviewed by fda."

What is true, lets wait for gdr to rns shall we.

Gdr were the applicant for 3 different products, they applied back in may 2020. If third party like beckman have been informed then GDR will also have been informed.

Await 7.00am rns to confirm, if nothing then put to bed.

If indeed Beckman has been informed of eua of 1/3 of the product, then gdr will have been informed also as they are the applicant and applied for it back in May.

If nothing first thing in morning then ppl are clutching at straws and this rumour needs to stop.

How did you work that out, my calculations they should be cleared by now.

One thing in march the company release rns stating since oct to feb, Kabunga have offloaded 6% of company shares.

Why didnt he inform the mkt in timely manner?

It does appear he has or nearly offloaded, its best not to have large shareholders like this.

Watching this share with interest as i truly believe the tide has changed and things moving quicker.

So has company been given indication of when they can expect it?

I use to be in here the days of the gold project and they just bought the graphite project. Just couldnt believe all the high grade holes they were hitting and the sp falling.

Now alot has changed since then they have jorc resource, high grade product and low cost to fund project.

My question is what license are they waiting for now?

I wonder how the aussie graphite companies are doing, acp were compared with black rock alot.

But beckman has advised gdr sales significantly effected due to lack of eua.

How many contracts have they achieved with all them distributors, simple question isnt it.
