RE: Over the last 6 mths Every CNE advance Countered by Stock on Loan increase6 Mar 2022 16:11
it is a bit silly this one, they have close to £1bn pound in cash, (£800m (indian refund) +£100m cash in bank + £50m from northsea) they have assets most notably 36kboepd asset in Egypt which is 40% liquid, they will substantially increase liquid production this year. Egypt asset alone must be worth £500m, then they have the disposal of north sea, addition payments if oil averages more than $52 in any of the next 3 years. If it averages over $80 that's an additional $240m in revenue. Current mkt cap is £1bn, someone is having a laugh, Transglobe produce 15kboped, 66% in egypt and they are valued at £200m.
The tender offer has to be a decent premium if it is not then i think they should purchase another asset with it. Looking forward to Tuesdays for results.
