Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Aye RD - you'd like to think there must be.
The original Option agreement was signed in 2002 - best part of 20 years ago!!!! That's one helluva long time taken to make a decision. You'd like to think Stares have been convinced that a shares price of 50p absolute minimum is on the cards in the not too distant future............. to have agreed such a hefty reduction in the original C$1m agreed cash price.
I think JH was an original investor from Day One on AIM over 15 years ago.
He contributed to the minor fundraiser in late April only a few months back - even being mentioned by name in the RNS.
He was until a few weeks ago THE top major shareholder in the Company.
He could of course have suddenly become a 'distressed seller' for some strictly personal reason.
But the timing does seem 'strange' for him to be off loading. To say the least.
UR - yes, you are right - my post isn't balanced. Never meant to be.
Was only simply trying to give a bit of balance to an otherwise very one-sided take on things by RamprdeR. Which in my opinion could be misleading to anyone 'new' to this stock.
Nobody has been more loyal here than me. And I'm still very confident of a successful outcome. If I sound critical in anyway it's not meant to be negative. Just trying to be objective. I appreciate everyone here is only interested is reading ramping positivity. But I remember BH/RP were confidently predicting 200k ozs to be produced every year in the short term with a resource greater than that LND have. Everyone at the time on the BBs were predicting a share price of £1.50. It is now on the floor. BH/RP nowhere to be seen these days with a company they started. I just don't want a repeat here. I'm confident it won't happen.
I'll take my leave if it helps the general cause.
This is going to 'pop'. ;-)
For the sake of a wee bit of balance (only) let's pray the 2 old codgers don't make a complete hash of this like they clearly did with Patagonia Gold.
I have lost count of the number of companies Prickett has been a director of that went bust. Fortunately he's now restricted to a basic accountancy consultancy role here. To milk it a bit further no doubt.
Looks like as Dirkus said - it's Huddlestone.
No question he's had a very deep pocket over so many years and been an incredibly loyal supporter of the Board. Think he's probably invested in every single Placement over past 15 years. Guess he's entitled to take something back in return. No idea what his average must be - but it'll be considerably higher than today's price. Given that we're hopefully SO close to the promised land it is surprising he's selling at this particular point in time. But nobody can begrudge him.
will have met fellow Canadian Michele Tuomi . Maybe he was influenced by, and impressed with, her work at the coal face.
Whatever the reason - there's no doubt ES will now give LND far greater exposure on the PR/investor front. Something that's been kinda lacking for so long.
Today's trading is interesting. Intriguing. But not important in full scheme of things.
And probably only interesting to those who have followed the twists & turns of this saga for past decade or so.
Have a nice weekend everyone.
I'm certainly not suggesting for one minute it is the EGI. And also hoping it ain't anyone who participated in the recent fundraising. Because that doesn't feel ethical.
I think there's only a small handful of iis with 40+ million holding. None of whom seem likely candidates. Except RP.
That's all I'm saying ;-(
Yeah UR - I was just wondering the same thing about the EGI.
P**s poor if it is after only a few days since stock was approved at an already discounted price.
I'm still hoping it's a forced sell by someone like RP. But not with that much confidence am I hoping that!!
Strange goings on this morning if you ask me. The 1m buyer may have gone but there's clearly a 500k buyer soaking some cheapish stock up. Appreciate there can be time delays on reporting trades which can give a false impression - but even so seen nothing to warrant such a kicking this morning. Quite the opposite. That's AIM for you I guess. Good volume for LND - afternoon might be interesting?
