LND has been off radar for too long. Undervalued. Over sold over the years.
Amazing value today.
Break out on the cards.
Looking good for breach of 5p this coming week.
Choo choo departs from Platform 2 on Monday morning.
Had a lovely massage down Madame Una's last night and all the girls were in fine form. And very enthusiastic about LND.
Morning UR
Received 4 (yes 4) copies of the doc in the post yesterday.
Not try to be deliberately critical or negative........ but need to get this off my chest. That 16 page doc must have taken at least a couple of weeks to prepare, sign off, then go to printers. Suspicious how that start point surely must have been when the share price was considerably higher (between 1p and 1.2p) than where it finished at 0.675p???
I guess if I were in their shoes I'd rather be paying 0.675p for 400 million shares rather than 1p plus. But it does smell a bit of manipulation.
Minor rant over.
As long as I get my 5-7p to supplement my pension fund all will be forgiven for the 15 years of hurt!!!!
The hefty buying is the hefty seller over past 10-14 days buying back his stock!!!
Find it hard to believe the content of today's RNS alone has in itself prompted hefty buying. And today. You'd think logically this was a hold for a couple of months at least to see how things pan out??
Chances of large seller being investigated? None. Absolutely none.
This placement hasn't been negotiated/agreed today or yesterday or last week.
They wouldn't have wanted to have been paying 1.2p for 400 million shares. Nearly half that value at 0.675p has a better ring to it.
Probably find the recent large seller is a LTH with a massive holding. To sell several million to achieve a much lower price for a far bigger % quantity of stock & holding - seems a good move.
Is it legal? Probably. Is it ethical? Probably not. Does similar pattern happen often here over the years with fundraising? Yes.
Think it's called 'manipulation' of sp. Easy to organise if you already have a mega holding.
Well there's now over 2 billion shares in circulation (incl Options). There is a ceiling anyone would pay for a gold asset no matter how many million ozs (especially when the grades aren't anything like bonanza). I would bet the ownership of majority shares now rests with less than 6 individuals. And the private investor(s) in total hold very little.
That would be in marked contrast to days gone by when the PI would have held far more % wise of the Co. They have just added into circulation over 400 million shares. Think the total in circulation for the whole Co when I first invested was less 100 million. I don't think they are that interested in social media (FFS Bill doesn't even respond to emails sent to him from PIs). This is now effectively a Private Company owned & controlled by a few individuals.
I suppose this was always a distinct possibility. Especially given how long the lack of any news was. And the sudden selling recently which was suspicious to say the least. Word always seems to get out before anything official announced.
Disappointing to have to give away just shy of 25% of day's value of the Company to give cash flow for 6 months. But I guess needs must. And it'd been nice to have been told when the drilling was likely to start and when how long it'd likely take.
Reassuring to have a "eminent gold investor" on board. Pity it's taken 15 years. With 25% more shares in circulation I guess that lowers the potential Offer price we can expect IF they find a buyer eventually.
Will we now see the traders from the past few weeks head for the exit door?? Unlikely now anything significant will happen to the sp for at least 6 months.
Dirk - Prickett (when he was CEO) used to regularly do podcasts via Proactiveinvestors pre BAM. Circa 2013/14 time.
He used to be bullish in the extreme about how things were panning out. I even remember the interviewer asking him to explain the poor share performance (then about 5p!!!!) and Prickett surprisingly replying & admitting that he was aware of the "chit chat on Bulletin Boards" but was confident LND was on the verge of realising it's considerable potential. WHAT A LOAD OF MISLEADING *******S.
There's been a single chunky sell nearly every week since beginning of month.
Is this Prickett dumping under stressed needs must? The circumstances of him 'retiring' seemed extremely iffy to me and the public comment in the RNS that he'd agreed not to sell any stock for 3 months. That period now expired. Given everything he's seemed to have been involved in over the many years has turned out to be a financial disaster (countless companies dissolved)............... I wonder?
