This were a single holder surely they've been holding over 5% so wouldn't we expect a TR1 at some point. I haven't gone back and counted all the £5 mil transactions but @ £17 mil mkt cap you're only talking £850,000 to be @ 5%.

Just my thoughts this morning and I don't pretend to know all the intricacies and workings if this sort of thing as the Mkt Cap rises and falls.
