your post suggests that any tom /dick or harry could buy in they can not ,
any serious dilution would not happen at all

he would have no trouble raising that amount plus over night ,

dep/38 no he has turned the s/p to a slow build the cap should be around 50 million next week then a 80 million on 27% hopefully
