evan/ your post just goes to show you haven't a clue how to build a company and hold on to assets for the investors and pay them dividends ,
your statement shows that you are not a company investor at heart

you should never sell assets until they have reach potential to buy another asset and then if they are making a return why sell that is only fools gold ,
the way forward is to use the assets you have as collateral , that is what a good company would do ,
that is why l keep saying there should be a share holders placement to gain the other 7% " that would mean a holding of 27% guaranteed which you would be able to borrow from the banks the other 20% and keep all the assets you have ,that is a no brainer plus you would have cash in the banks as well
