Im struggling to understand how a guy/company spending 1Million on 6.57% of a company, can be a sign of dilution. If anything, it is a clear sign of the opposite... surely. Surely the guy could afford a spare 60min on his phone package, to speak to the board before making such a large order. 6.57% obviously becomes lower % after a dilution, so this would have been the number 1 question to ask.
