It's my birthday tomorrow (don't ask, just old!), and if that article is to be believed, the thought of >£8 in the next 12-24 months would be a superb gift!
Clank, I have 2,143 at £4.64, and am planning to hold for the foreseeable. I have no idea if this is the right call, but my opinion is that these have further to go, and that dividends should increase massively from the small return received this year (so far). Should it get to £6.50ish I might be tempting to take the ~40% upside on my investment, but I guess I'll wait and see!
So is it possible that the current dip in form is due to FTSE 250 funds dumping stock, while FTSE 100 funds are waiting for the promotion date to acquire stock? I haven't noticed any large trades since the promotion was announced, so this theory could be utter nonsense, but I'm definitely no expert in the first place!
Taverham, he's probably too busy counting all the profits he's made off BOO stock - or perhaps not! >:D

Oh nutsack, if only we believed that you'd stop posting here! :D
In case new from a respected media outlet is of any interest to you, allow me to post a link of my own... https://www.ft.com/content/7bd36cc3-17aa-4a6b-b2b4-81e2439f3871
An incident from November is "all over the news" - where exactly? I've seen no mention of it, in any way, until you dropped a link in here like a drunkard casually throwing up over a hen party.
Interesting to see that two shares you discuss positively in their respective fora (VLG and BOO) show minimal signs of recovery at best, and you obviously have a holding due to the way you talk about them. Based on this, would you share what your interest is in EZJ stock? No-one here would care if you declare a short position, especially if you actually contributed to this forum with constructive discussion instead of just dropping the occasional context-free scaremongering link.
It's just hilariously sad. I've been hanging around here just over 18 months and haven't seen nutjob come up with anything of value, consequence, or importance during that time, just the odd defamatory "news" link, or "you're all doomed" rhetoric, with no evidence given, or any stated position in the stock.
Frankly, it'd come as no surprise to find out he's imminently due to be sacked from a company called Qube for no apparent reason whatsoever...
Not looking for advice, more screaming into the void...
I started day trading this about 18 months ago, had some limited successes and eventually built a position to hold for a while. Ended up selling and took a reasonable profit overall of around 17%. Then made a very bad call and bought back in for £5k at £5.19 on 25th Jan '23... Rode it out, and topped up £5k at £4.20 on 27th Sept, giving me 2143 shares at ~£4.64 overall.
I knew (or REALLY hoped!) that this stock would come good at some point, but now I don't know what to do for the best. My optimist head says there's more upward movement in this yet, but there's also the option of taking a healthy near 25% upside to my investment and having a well-earned break from this madness!
I know my numbers are probably insignificant compared to some holding in here, but it's significant enough to me that it's causing me a real headache!!!
