Anyone can see the full list of the pubs for sale on christie and co website,its under the name of "project aramis"

justaquickone,,,,,,express &star,i think its a wolverhampton local newspaper,

having looked at the list of pubs for sale,they dont realy look like the "back street boozers" i expected on the hit list,these look like big money earners ?

"Marston's to market 61 freehold pubs," is this a good or bad thing,1 it gives the surrounding pubs more revenue and takings,2 is the raised money being used to pay of debt or refurbish other outlets,3 getting rid of unprofitable pubs makes a takeover more appealing,

With the spring summer share price rise comes the added 11-12% rise in the cost of cmbc food and drink ,could put a lot of potential off going out,profits might not be as good as hoped for,

I hope you are correct because if this share price drops another 6p we are in the position we were in during lockdown when all pubs were closed !

what type of good news or results is it going to take to get this share moving,it seems to be held down even when good things are announced ??

I get excited when the price goes up 3-4 points,then realise that 5-6 points in the other direction takes us back to covid levels when all pubs/clubs etc were closed,my problem is it needs to go up another 50 points for me to break even,,,happy halloween !!

At last some interest is shown in marstons,this is the second asset management company showing some interest this year,at least we have not been forgot ,

was this new york based asset managnent co buying up shares at approx the same time as the platinum takeover bid,is something about to happen ??

Even with the nice warm weather and all pubs operating it looks like we are heading to covid levels of 28-30s,difference is that then all pubs/warehouses were shut and the only income made was from the canning and bottling lines selling beer straight to the supermarkets,soon the warm weather will change and even that income will dwindle,i bought my shares pre covid and watched them rise and fall,mostly fall, but still holding on and drinking !!

pappaflem,they didnt take 9 days,the share trading was stopped on 20/7/22 and i got the message on close of business on 26/7/22,perhaps they know something,i dont know,they have much more inside information and informants than i could ever have, but they will tell me if they get any info from the administrators,,,

just got a message from the halifax and probably a bit late "The stock isn't suspended anymore. It's completely delisted this morning hence it's not been updated yet on the valuation page. It should be updated by tomorrow. If you want to read more about it, you can go on to Petropavlovsk Plc website where there will be information on the investor relations section of the site"as i said a bit late as its in the courts hands,
