I’m interested in buying the stock however until the details of the capital raise are announced it’s just too risky. The quicker they amount their plans the better. Everyone can then move on.

The market cap is still only in the 70 million range. We’re going to be at least doubt this by the tine of the drill

Don’t see why this shouldn’t be 2p soon. The market cap is only 71million. Back in the hlz initial drill it was approx 150/160 million so at least double where we are now.

Is the £1.00 a share party still happening if we ever get there. Been watching this share for about 4 yrs now. Is mickey still about or has he bought his farm yet?

Thanks guys, as I said I’ve been out of it for some time now and didn’t realise they’ve recently done a placing. Hopefully not, not going to this presentation but been to a few in the past. It was always nice to see the excitement they had for the hlz.

As stated yesterday I’ve just bought back into this share. Dw always manages the risk and doesn’t over promise. Not concerned at all about the drill but from experience I usually find that when they do an investor presentation in London it’s usually followed by a placing. Everything I see tells me that they have plenty of cash and free carried for the next drill. Can anyone else think of a reason why they’d want to do a placing now? Fund the next drill perhaps. As I said I’ve just bought in again, not trying to talk Th e stock down just wanting honest feedback as I’m probably over thinking this.

Well I’ve just topped up this morning. Happy to sit and leave them in the bottom draw for some time and pick up the dividends. I can’t really see a massive downside from here. Still got loads of good new movies coming.

I can not see the government scrapping help to buy but it will evolve. Probably lower property prices or just for first time buyers. However if this is amended it will actually give support for estate agents. The market is artificially distorted by the government support. Estate agents have been finding it difficult to sell second hand properties when people are purchasing new builds. As soon as people stop buying new builds estate agents will start to prosper. Countrywide do have a new build arm but it’s not their core business.
