why do you think JM puts up with the chronic mediocrity though? just seems bizarre. Surely Jim would want the share price to rise and the company to make progress more than anyone?!
Serious Question, and i have been in Plethora/RP since about 2011.
At what point do we call an investigation into Jamie Gibson for fraud? He has achieved absolutely nothing in the 10+ years i have been invested in the company, mainly for the prospects of Fortacin going global. he has totally failed to meet every target and expectation, whilst taking an enormous salary out of the company. Why do the BOD put up with this, and why do they think it is acceptable? And as soon as any pressure mounts on him, he announces some other utterly spurious project he is taking RP into, which again, never produces anything.
He is a total fraud, and to think he has been taking such a large salary over all these years having achieved literally nothing, is just unbelievable. I wonder if he even ever goes to the office.
of course the creditors are the bond holders, no ****. They would need to approve a dilution. obviously has nothing to do with share holders and they wouldnt have any say anyway, but of course are the ones affected. dont understand what your confusion is?
Health Secretary just said in the Commons, PCR testing has been a strong line of defence against the virus and PCR testing will continue over the coming months.... therefore definitely not stopping in October. Think this sell off is completely OTT
what a bizarre comparison?! these 4 completely separate companies have gone up in value, so this one should too....??!? ilogical
Hi all,
does anyone know the date that this will actually go through and the shares will be transferred?
thanks
why would you slash the price by 80% if sales were indeed increasing in the UK month on month. Surely if that were the case, you would be more inclined to increase the price. Seems worryingly fishy to me....
But does anyone have any views on where they think the SP will be if all launch targets are met in March 18 and then subsequently in the 2nd half of 18, for this time next year? a lot of variables to consider i know.... and a bit of a how long is a piece of string type qu, but interested to hear peoples thoughts.
Hi all, am i right in thinking RP still owns 18% of Venturex, as per the Venturex website? If so, why is this significant holding not mentioned anywhere on the RP website? thanks
ah i thought you had gone completelynew! good to have you back!
Be nice to see a good lift from here. Looks as though we have seen the lows in the short term and the SP has certainly stabilised. Great opportunity to get in towards the lows. im buying more.
but who will vote in favour of it being sold at 1.20? no one.... The biggest shareholders have already expressed their displeasure, therefore apart from Delek, no one will go for it. Think it is very fishy the BOD are happy to sell out now having rejected the £2.65 offer a few years ago citing that it 'didnt reflect fair value'.. so how does less than half that price now reflect fair value, whilst also producing more oil now than at the time of the previous offer?!?!? Complete sham, but think there is something genuinely underhanded going on here. Why would the BOD opt to sell for clearly below market value?? Completely bamboozled by it all....
What was the price that the Board rejected the takeover offer at from the Iranian conglomerate a few years ago. Was it £2.65 roughly? with the board rejecting it on the basis it didnt reflect fair value of the company...... With Brent at over $100 per bbl at the time. Wow they must be really regretting that now. Terrible error on their part.
