I don't believe that there's a blackout, i believe that they're just simply busy. A) With wk prep work, and, B) Dmitry on the M&A front with DLA Piper etc.

They may also wait until peace is declared, or, at least a ceasefire is in place before dropping any deal news. Once peace is declared, a buyer from outside of Russia would potentially be in a more comfortable position to press on you see.

Now that does not mean it is imminent, what it means is that in a few weeks time Kytlym should be at a workable ore processing stage due to available running water. The positive low day time temperatures simply mark the start of the thaw in the area.

Now, with that comes all of the prep work ready for the season starting there, a highly busy period for the team at Eurasia no doubt! Machine maintenance, draglines in position this season etc etc
