The company general meeting is the annual general meeting CAW. An EGM is an extraordinary general meeting, that's quite different from from the normal company general meeting, well, because it's extraordinary.

Indeed, an EGM would be needed for asset disposal dividends, but, that's a separate thing to the normal operating standards of annual general meetings.

There is nowhere in the RNS which suggests that it applies to anything extraordinary, quite the contrary as it specifically states company general meeting.

What did they calculate then CAW?. They specifically told us all exactly how they're calculating it, if there was nothing to calculate then it would never have been mentioned in RNS imho!

We received the RNS is Jan for such things, it is what it tells you, they provided the transparency on how a dividend will be paid -

To present the company performance they have to present the figures!

It's a reference to a known tbh, that figures will be released shortly due to the AGM. Remember in Jan when dividends became a thing?, well, it is at the AGM when they get voted through also. It's like one of those instances where someone claims to know more than others, but, simply doesn't, it's common knowledge that figures will be released shortly.

Due to the change in Eurasia having zero debt prior to last season commencing, the financials will have been changed appropriately, so, the more standard company AGM will now take place this year and going forward.

We're basically on the cusp of the prime time area for news releases from the company. Usually a highly positive RNS drops prior to the AGM RNS, the reason is quite simple, they require us to vote the things through that they wish to be voted through, what better way than handing us some lovely positive news before asking us all to vote?. It's business and they know that we're all sat here waiting on some big news arriving, AGM time is PRIME TIME.

Absolutely no idea dealer55. I did think that some were missing here today. I don't think any LTH's will be leaving this close to the AGM, that would make zero sense. Not entirely sure when Tilly got in, he changed his mind a number of times throughout his posting history tbh, i can tell you when he arrived here on the chat board however, similar to Ian, it was shortly after the bank RNS of Oct 2019.

I've been here 6 years, so to me it is pointless leaving this close to the AGM, not after all of the news reference Hydrogen JV's and partial JORC's we've had, things can only progress from what we've been given so far as they're just snippets in the grander scheme of things. We can all see the ground progress at West Kytlym for ourselves as well via satellite, so, we know they're all still over there working really hard, and the processing season is about to begin in the coming weeks due to the relevant weather forecasts.
