"AIM Rules; and be accompanied by a circular containing the details of the disposal and convening a general meeting to approve it."

That was my belief LB.
Stating a 5 day deadline in one RNS, you expect an update at the end of those 5 days, well i do anyway haha

The time between notice and when they will be admitted must surely be the window for receipt of payment?

If they don't get paid for, then the share total simply doesn't change on the given date of admittance and the warrants would become become null and void?.

Nowhere does it state that they have been paid for at that time bigmj. They simply state that they have been given notice to convert and then the date that they will be converted for trading.

We are at least due an official RNS stating they have received notice to exercise these, from bigmj -

"I just gave notice to convert all of my 11,833,333 warrants"

The RNS due will simply state what they have received notice to exercise before todays end date, similar to previous RNS -

"Eurasia is pleased to announce that it has received notice to exercise warrants over 9,166,666 o" etc
