Parties interested In MT, have been interested for years now. The company has simply taken their assets through development loopholes in order to get maximum value as a seller -

Now, they have publicly announced being part of the MDA, that potentially told eveyone that something was coming to replace what their original JV would have brought, more Palladium. There could be more than one EGM?. One to sort out the dividends and one to sort out whatever the transaction/deal relates to.

Anyway, the meeting on the 5th is still very much intrigueing at this stage, we'll all see soon enough whether it is to do with Eurasia or not.

Over 4 months into the FSP, DLA Piper have been here a while now, so, something is going to come out sooner or later. NN are already named as setting up and being part of the body that is going to do business and invest in the Monchegorsk area, so that isn't really a coincidence, it really does look like the Russian gov are going to plough investment into the area and create the PGM/ Palladium dominant district there and NN are involved.

What appears to be the Russian system, is that everything needs to be logged on certain things prior to anything happening. What has inevitably happened, is that inquisitive shareholders have managed to find their way around the Russian online systems. A1EX/R1EX does the same with the resource licenses, he spots them when they're logged onto the Russian systems online.
This is NN's planned meeting on Thursday that has been found and shared.

They're having 2 meetings this week, tomorrow is about dividends and preparation for a EGM, and then there's this one -

They are required to have a EGM if they're going to acquire something large like Eurasia, it gets put to shareholders. The same happens on our side at a certain stage, i presume after their shareholders have voted it through, then a deal would then have the green light to be put to us.

This is of course, if it is to do with us.

Telegram group is like a safe haven for investors, for the ones who don't want to battle bot flies. It is a good idea for the not so battle ready holders, but, it is in the public sphere where the bot flies attempt to sway people, launch their agenda driven campaigns etc. It's why i never joined, it always made more sense for me to stay here and keep the company facts circulating to counter them. LSE is pretty much the first place any investor finds when they search for any chat groups on Eurasia.

Good info does come out of the telegram group from time to time, this NN info is a good example, but, for me personally, LSE is where it's at.
