The most mind boggling thing to think about, is that there could be multiple consortiums involved from various countries, all wanting a slice of that PGM and battery metal pie. It's a large district and would require many companies to take the whole thing into production, many consortium mining arms like JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corp. Each mining arm feeding the consortium what it needs to move forward.
The Japanese consortium has possibly moved via Citic, a Chinese one may well have also moved via the same route. UBS leaves the door wide open for any other consortiums to make a move via UBS. Either a consortium vs consortium bidding war, or something similar where they competitively bid for a certain percentage of the district pie, both routes lead to high FSP end game valuations.

You'll recognise Air Liquide from the original 11 player consortium group i've posted up a few times now -
