It's either that or they keep dropping the confidence lines in RNS to show any buyers that we're in a very strong position to roll with things ourselves. Even after reading the RNS a few times you can never be certain that all of the assets will include the JV ones or not.

Part of the RNS prior to the comments does suggest the Rosgeo JV initiated some form of large bid/s -

"However, after conclusion of the joint venture with Rosgeo ("Rosgeo JV") in which Eurasia will gain a 75% equity stake in nine PGM and battery metals assets (four of which are post Russian Feasibility Study with state approved reserves) with a total of 104.6Moz of Platinum equivalent ("Pt eq") Russian Code reserves and resources in the immediate vicinity of the Company's Monchetundra Project on Kola (as announced on 26 March 2021), the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. Intriguing and possibly a little confusing all at the same time.

£1 divi and many years of royalty dividends could be quite good for many tbh. All we can do is wait for the exact details to land. Some may think WK and MT will be sold and we'll head into the Rosgeo JV assets, going from certain parts of the RNS comments -

Certainly expecting one in the near term after Wednesdays drop, they have to inform us of the deal at some point if we are to vote on it. If not today then next week is surely prime time the details to drop to be voted on.

The blockchain makes being able to trace the metals back to the good ESG source very easy, it's all part of the full ESG plan tbh.

How do you know that ctc1988, when the metal backed coin was first listed on Lybrion it had Eurasia mining named next to it. Most who were around for the original appearance there will remember that part. In 2017 Eurasia were actively looking at blockchain companies, it's in RNS.

RNS has told us exactly what is going to happen for many years GFD, i know it's hard for your ego, but, well, RNS will continue to tells us what is happening. I know it may be hard for you, being a Jan 2020 arrival, but i've seen everything they state in RNS actually happen for years now and it will continue all the way to the grand finale.

There is no cloak and daggers, just a M&A deal getting done in the most efficient way to benefit all shareholders.

It can be used for a whole host of things Aston, it suits quite a few dynamics that we know of but don't have further information on just yet. It will all come out sooner or later, i have no doubt about that.

The easiest way of trying to guess what they will do is to put yourself in their shoes and decide what you would do. You would want the royalty payments, you would also want the freedom for other things, Lybrion perhaps, but also going back to previously explored assets. The green revolution decade is only just beginning, you would want to make the very most of at least the next 10 years, but realistically a lot longer.

It makes quite comical reading tbh. Everything is in RNS and the egm circular, anything else is mentioned is the work of an over active imagination.

Certainly Montmuzard, everyone wins with that scenario. You can understand the state being fully behind Eurasia, the world will be talking about kola and wanting a slice of that pie for a very long time. There's still Volchetundra to think about at some point, Eurasia have done previous exploration there, and there are also other areas in the Urals that Eurasia have been to historically. It's a very unique position, they apply to go back to areas they already have some understanding about, it reduces any risk substantially.

It also matches keeping the shell company in place you see, dividends paid from the royalties for a very long time, but, the shell also allows the company to move onto other projects if it wishes with part of the asset sale proceeds, it's all very clever and well thought out.

Potentially keeping a small percentage to guarantee a royalty type payment structure for the life time of the producing assets, that's how i've personally interpreted the 'substantially' part of what was dropped.

Possibly ctc1988, they seem in a hurry with it from what i've seen on twitter, talk of no sleep and things on there to get it done. They perhaps think the same, the deal details can't be far away from an initial announcement like the one we received. It has been 4 months from the non binding announcement in Jan to today, even that period is significantly longer than what was suggested in things you could find online about possible timeframes.

I'm just glad that we've finally arrived at this point and many good shareholders have kept a hold of their palladium tickets for the grand finale.

The market only knows the same as ourselves ctc1988, they know the deal is there but there is currently no specific figure to attach to it all. The price hasn't responded to the many recent very positive RNS drops either, so i think we're here until the circular lands. It shouldn't be far after an announcement like the one which dropped on Wednesday, well, at least i wouldn't have thought it would be. At the max end you have the AGM deadline date, we need to vote on the disposal of the assets so we will all find out at some point.

Because they're going with the asset sale, i would say that we're at the end of 8 ready to roll into 9 and 10.

Just pop the feet up and wait on the circular landing with the details, that is all that is left. Tap 3 times on a wooden table then state loudly "shower me in dividends" before voting in favour and the raining of dividends will commence.
