It's pretty much there as to what will happen after this initial asset disposal -

"The decision on whether to proceed and thereby incur all or part of the Earnout is wholly at the discretion of Eurasia. The Earnout (if Eurasia decides to proceed) will be spread over the period of the development of the Additional Assets. Eurasia has 24 months in which to decide whether to select some or all of the assets to develop. If Eurasia determines not to proceed with any assets, no consideration would be due beyond the Initial Consideration."

The work for the first 4 has largely been done and when you look via google there is already a pit and workings at one area, an old Nickel mine i believe which falls within the 8km mentioned toll treatment distance -

"· Four palladium, platinum, copper, nickel and cobalt open pit deposits, upon which Russian FS completed and reserves (according to the Russian standards) approved by the Russian State Committee of Reserves (GKZ).

Each of the four open pit deposits, which are located directly adjacent to Monchetundra, have already been studied by Eurasia with block modelling and open pits' optimisations performed by the Company. According to the due diligence done by Eurasia, the ores are suitable for toll treatment over distances of 5 to 8km with beneficiation and mineral processing at the proposed plant site between the Company's open pit deposits at Loipishnune and West Nittis."

They're going into those 4 assets, i'm almost certain of it.

No worries Beebul600, we all learn in this process, it can be a brutal battlefield at times. Monchetundra includes the flanks with the mentioned 15Moz, 35p should be very easy work tbh. Even if it's just that being sold then it's going to be a very substantial dividend, it has to be north of a quid with the current metal prices imho, but like everything else we'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully the circular and AGM details drop this week coming, it makes sense for that to land this week as it's all that is left, deal specifics of what is to be voted on.

"One expensive lesson learned from Sxx was not to dismiss all so called deramps and look out for short positions." - I disagree, research was key there. They hadn't secured stage 2 financing, the financing for that project ran into the billions, it was very high risk. That risk has never been at Eurasia, well because they took one asset into production and set up the Sinosteel EPCF for the other, both reduced the risk by a large amount. I guess it's the difference of having astute investment bankers on board here which has made most of the difference, money, financing, getting fantastic deals etc is their profession, it's just what they do.

Even though he's been gone a while now, i would be very interested to know how Rowka knew something would happen to unlock the whole district without going through the whole flanks expansion upon flanks expansion process at Monchetundra. He knew that part somehow, perhaps a very good guess due to the prevailing green industrial revolution, but we'll truly never know on that one. He was rapidly researching and dropping the geological info that pertains to the entire area around Monchegorsk when he was here, always confident that something truly massive was coming, he was right.

Also, if you have researched thoroughly, sit tight on a lot of the information until the herd arrives, for the herd brings larger amounts of all types and the information can be dropped to counter any and all nonsense. Not everyone online is friendly, money leads people to do some very silly things, look at the JUB situation as a prime example. Monikers on here getting frustrated and angry with genuine well researched investors at the time, like it was magically our fault that they had called the entire thing completely wrong. They took the decision themselves to walk that path, no one here forced them to do anything, they only have themselves to blame, the decision to invest rests solely with the party investing, or, in their case placing the short that got well and truly burned.

2015 when the paris agreement was announced, everything from that time onwards was set in stone, you just had to find the path. It started there and progressed to Eurasia Mining and others at the time, a lot of research was done at the time and has continued to have been done all the way until the present day.

Research everything thoroughly from early doors, it allows you to find the absolute gems a long time before the herd arrives, that is perhaps the best advice i can give anyone who is fairly new to the investing game. Understand how the world works and where the world is going, once that is achieved everything else follows.

Eurasia's assets are held in subsidiaries, they dispose of those subsidiaries. They JV, again, is completely different at this stage.

It's not confusing, you just need to understand that Eurasia's assets are WK and MT, Rosgeo JV is seperate as it's a JV. The JV is with Eurasia which has not decided to proceed with any JV assets at this point. It maybe is confusing a little when you do initially read it a couple of times, but even the Rosgeo JV rns tells you that the JV is seperate to the actual assets that Eurasia have. Original bank rns drops the statement referencing the disposal of both assets, at that time the rosgeo JV never existed, nor did it exist when the fsp was started or when non binding offers were tabled.

Eurasia will still exist after the asset disposal, the JV is with Eurasia. It's not a Eurasia asset, it's a JV.

The Japanese consortium may not be the buyer, but come into the game as a 3rd JV partner at some stage, hence 'Eurasia Japan'. Remember the mention of toll treatment to the Monchetundra plant, there is a clear plan to take something there to production. Why mention the toll treatment option if it wasn't planned going forward, you just wouldn't. Toll treatment also points to Monchetundra being in someone else's hand at that stage.

It's all in RNS, you just need to go over everything again tbh -

"Eurasia has paid an initial consideration of c.US$0.5 million of cash (the "Initial Consideration") for its share in the JV. In addition, incremental consideration would become payable under an earn-out structure (the "Earnout") in the event that Eurasia decides to proceed to develop the Additional Assets. The total of the Initial Consideration and the Earnout (if applicable) is capped at 75% of the value set under the relevant Russian law if the Additional Assets had initially been auctioned by the Russian state instead of being acquired by Rosgeo."

Do tell me which assets of the JV Eurasia have decided to proceed with at this stage?, exactly, NONE.

Read the RNS Mooching, it's all in RNS. When they announced a potential disposal of BOTH assets the Rosgeo JV did not exist. We don't currently have any of the JV assets, they did not exist at the start of the FSP, therefore the FSP could not have advertised them for sale at the time, it's technically impossible, So the disposal can only logically relate to what was mentioned in the initial bank RNS of Oct 19, the disposal of both of the assets at that time, WK & MT.

The game is only really getting started -

"The Board will continue to explore value creating options for the Company. Eurasia's current advisers will be advising on these value creating options."

More value to come after this disposal, which can only mean heading into the Rosgeo JV, taking them to production or selling those assets at a similar stage to what Monchetundra is potentially going at now. 4 to go at straight away, 5 which need some more work from what is said in RNS. Easy work for a company with lots of money behind them after a sale of 2 initial assets and who are in a JV with the Russian state exploration company. I get the feeling that it will be a mixture, Eurasia will sell and get royalties from most of the assets, but also take a couple to production themselves, it is the most logical thing to do from a first mover position on such a large district imho. It creates the maximum shareholder value that they're after as well. One company can't take that whole district to production, so it has to be sold off to get the whole area into production. It is probably an agreed plan with Russia as it benefits everyone.

You're right, because special and significant are different. There will be a significant dividend as per Christians statement, the talk of dividends has been around since the very start of all of this, the same as the assets being for sale, WK & MT -

"If the Company was to dispose of both of its Assets, then AIM Rule 15 (Fundamental Changes of Business) would apply. Such a disposal would require shareholders' consent, an announcement which contains the information set out in Schedule Four to the AIM Rules; and be accompanied by a circular containing the details of the disposal and convening a general meeting to approve it."

If the company was to dispose of BOTH of its assets, it's WK & MT going, it has been hinted at since day one from the bank RNS. Whatever the plan is they've been advised at the very top level at every step, Dmitry at the reigns of the entire process.

Every time. Best financial tool available to all. The tax savings on hitting something like Eurasia from early doors is truly amazing.

Quite lucky really, even some of the late comers got to use 2 years worth of ISA allowances on this, well, if they threw the sink in. The longer than usual FSP has helped people in that regard. Granted, green boxes have been really annoying for the whole time, but, it will be well worth the wait when that significant dividend drops into peoples treasure chests.

It all depends exactly what is for sale spotify, you can't say 100% for certain what is and what isn't from that recent RNS. Everything points to Eurasia continuing after this deal is done, but, we don't truly know at this point exactly how or for what purpose until they give us the specifics. Still expecting north of a quid myself, just for monchetundra tbh. We'll find out soon either way.

My own take is that it's WK and MT being sold and we'll roll into the Rosgeo JV. We don't currently own the JV assets do we, it quite clearly states " will gain", "("Rosgeo JV") in which Eurasia will gain a 75% equity stake in nine PGM and battery metals assets". We have 2 years to decide which ones to roll with within the JV structure, 4 explored with state approved reserves. What will happen with those JV assets at a later date is open for debate, possibly sold as they are developed to certain stages, or, some sold and some taken to production for ourselves. The confidence to create the PGM and battery metals producer is mentioned in both comments.
