Many buckeye, it sounds like this is your first tbh. You do know that Sinosteel simply builds a larger processing plant to include Rosgeo JV already in place pits don't you? They simply need to ore feed rate from all pits to work out what capacity plant to build. These are profeasional engineers, they do this kind of thing all of the time.

It's time consuming that's all, the exploration to DFS stage. Once done they have all of the details ready for everything.

It's called EPCF and yes they can. They already have the blueprint in place for the two original MT pits.

The plant gets built, the previously operated pits start shifting pay ore to said plant and that's it. It's not difficult in all honesty, just very time consuming!

As the plant is built any new planned pits are created. Norilsk are right next door, you couldn't get an easier operation to take into production tbh lol

The pit locations i have highlighted are historical pits, previously worked areas. Eurasia simply have the first mover advantage over those pits these days. If you include the 2 planned and the 5 historical then there's 7 pits which can head to production very easily with the right plan. Of course, there will be more however and they have pit optimisation done on 6 Rosgeo JV assets ( Sept last year ), you can only presume that the same work has been done for the remaining 3 since then. There is no reason why that work would not have been done, they only have until March 2023 to decide which assets to develop, we're now getting close to the 24 month end, it is but a few month away at this stage.

Value all depends on exactly what they're selling Fish4chips, we know it's 'significantly all' of Eurasia's assets which are going. You have to lean on Monchegorsk going in its entirety due to the relevant demand situation which has formed, every man and his dog in the game are after securing assets full of the needed metals for the green industrial revolution and securing Monchegorsk from Eurasia is perfect to any BRIC entity or consortium of BRIC entities.

I won't put out any valuation guess these days. Have you noted Nickels strong recent rally for example? Those kind of things all play to Eurasia's favour in their current asset selling situation.

While these questions are not unsolvable, they are complex and involve many stages of problem definition and analysis.

The industry’s go-to method

After selecting the ultimate pit limit, revenue factor shells from LG or Pseudoflow algorithms are generally used to determine candidate shapes for internal phases. They also figure out the order of development of all assets during the larger DFS process. E.G NYUD online at start with NKT and MT, year 3 Sopcha and POAZ online etc etc etc until the whole district is online.
