They didn't go to the trouble of writing the RNS and expalaining how things have been worked out just because.

Don't forget, we also had the Eurasia v.2.0 RNS prior to the dividend RNS. There are a sequence of events to happen before Eurasia v.2.0 becomes reality, one of those is the general meeting where dividend amounts etc will be announced.

To try and suggest otherwise is simply naive on many levels.

The supercycle is set, it walks hand in hand with the green industrial revolution. They can't go green with the needed critical metals, and, Eurasia have an awful lot of that critical list under their control.

There isn't a better well positioned company out there and it's even stronger now that they're getting directly involved with green Hydrogen via the H4Energy JV.

No, the 20% will fund Eurasia v.2.0. The investor dilution will be minimal. You're talking a multi-billion dollar asset disposal that they've been working on, even at the lower end Eurasia will have several hundred million to play with. Look at the underground NKT NPV, it's all right there for anyone to see and figure out for themselves.

I wouldn't expect any 'massive dilution' as you put it, the BOD have kept dilution to a minimum up to this point. The last placing for ii's is a good example, they were offered more, but, decided to only take what they required for the Rosgeo JV. A similar dynamic will apply with the H4Energy JV, there is no doubt about that with the BOD being large shareholders themselves.

The large percentage has to be attached to the asset sale scenario with the 20% or lower being retained for Eurasia v.2.0.

The investment into the H4Energy JV will be a significant sum, they're building two plants, one in Kola and one in Sakhalin. If the 20% is largely set for that then the total sale price must be, as expected, pretty darn large.

At Rosgeo JV side of things it's just digging pits ready for toll treatment to the plant that Sinosteel will build. We've had it in RNS that they will use similar epcf contracts over the Rosgeo JV, so, any outlay there would be faiely minimal from what we've been told to date.

H4Energy and Hydrogen is the investment case and the significant change in business under the relevant AIM rules.

Working with Japan is fully locked and loaded Jarv55, Eurasia are a strategic part of that. The other countries i have no idea, i know Germany appear to be wanting to keep a good working relationship with Russia at the minute while the current discussions go on about Ukraine etc.

At one point it was Japan vs Germany with Hydrogen economies, Russia are grasping the opportunity firmly with both hands and so are now firmly in that mix. They're very well positioned due to the in country relevant metal resources they have and also the already existing agreements supplying neighbouring countries with certain energy sources. Also China and Russian relations have been growing stronger for quite some years now.

It will be very interesting to watch it all unfold over this decade and beyond!

She's another one that likes to swing from pillar to post, claims of knowing the BOD at one stage, then, similar to GFD, everything was a big scam. I was mentioned a lot in her ramblings at one stage, it was highly amusing at the time tbh. Prodded her multiple times and she got well wound up, then i got bored and just blocked her on twitter lol

To be fair, there have been an awful amount of very interesting characters a long this journey if i'm honest, i'll miss it when that big one does finally drop here!

Created a lot of false narrative and swung from pillar to post all of the time. One minute mega positive, next minute it was all a scam.

After being banned from here he took to twitter with what appeared as illogical ramblings to begin with. Some of us were genuinely concerned for his mental health and also his legal well being, he claimed he was an ex solicitor and was claiming DLA Piper would be involved in an elaborate scam. I think most can figure out the possible consequences with that situation.

Invested in an awful lot of companies if we are to take the intro seriously, far beyond what an average R.I would ever get involved with.

Knows quite a bit about creating websites and doing company valuations.

Very positive on Eurasia Mining.

Left during suspension during the constant shorter attacks and created a telegram group. Others who didn't want to be in amongst it also left to join the said telegram group. Perhaps just for a more peaceful discussion area, it was a pretty savage shorter attack at the time. By the end of it and when the SP rocketed, every remaining positive poster on here (including myself) was attacked in quite an aggressive posting manner. It was quite clearly JUB behind it all and they were very angry at going BUST.

I see his tweets regularly, never did agree with his whole company sale opinion, but, that's just life and everyone will always have varying opinions on certain aspects of such a complex process and growing company.

I believe that he has done a great amount of work keeping the telegram group shareholders positive since creating the group, that to me is a good thing.
