Tier-1 scale JORC MRE at NKT ex-operating Ni mine

· Tier-1 scale: 305Kt of Nickel, 143Kt of Copper, 57 tons of PGM and Gold (11.2Moz of Platinum equivalent) have been estimated by WAI as JORC-compliant resources for an underground mining operation.

· Nickel is the main metal comprising half of the value in the metal basket on a Net Smelter Royalty ("NSR") basis.

· The net present value ("NPV") using an 8.33% discount rate for the underground part of the NKT project is $1.2bn under the WAI price forecast and $1.7bn under spot prices. Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately.

Yeah, i did say i had no idea where metal rises would stop. I don't think that there is any way to predict the rise with certain ones, Nickel demand is through the roof and is only set to get greater.

NN SP may have tanked prior to their suspension, but, their profit will go to the moon so to speak!

There's a lot of different opinions on the whole wider situation tbh, i try not to take the extremes of either side in to consideration as all sides use propaganda to drive peoples opinion. That snake island one has been the conflicts most stand out propaganda, initially they said they had all been killed, but, they were actually asked to surrender and they clearly did, as that came out some time later. So, even Ukraine is using propaganda to sway public opinion.

Anyway, let's hope that the positive peaceful solution is reached today and the World can start heading back to some form of normality.

I'm not privy to any specific information, but, it certainly appears quite straight forward tbh.

I have heard that it is the Minsk agreements which Ukraine have refused to sign, what's exactly in those new agreements is unknown to myself, all i know is that they were originally, and always have been, drawn up to create peace in the area.

If it is agreed today it would stop a whole lot of unnecessary destruction imho

LONDON, March 7 (Reuters) - Russia is demanding that Ukraine cease military action, change its constitution to enshrine neutrality, acknowledge Crimea as Russian territory and recognise the separatist republics of Donetsk and Lugansk as independent territories, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Metal prices are going crazy, it was to be expected in the situation. Where will they stop though, that's going to be very difficult to predict.

They will stay up to a certain extent after the conflict, while the sanctions remain in place on Russia. A lot of things will cost extreme amounts until the West start easing some sanctions, it's something that no one can predict a start point for.

SP may be low here, but, the profit margin for WK when it starts ore processing again will be very high this season.
