Are you ok 19thHole? If they manage to get Putin and Zelensky in to talks then indeed they will supersede all other talks. Whatever is talked of in Belarus is simply referred back to Putin at every conclusion.

IndeedUpwardsandonward, things are looking a lot more positive on the talks front now. It's lucky that they started so fast in the conflict, they may prevent an awful lot of damage by reaching a resolution pretty swiftly.

They will complete their work here, they're too far in not to do so. That will be them winding down and it can't be far away from being done either way at this stage.

I think most are surprised that it has taken this long from DD being completed tbh, but, sometimes these things do take quite some time!

Perovskite panels when they go full mainstream is what you would want, those and the relevant battery storage.
Saule tech have already got perovskite paneled car ports for charging out as one of their product range.

EV makers who are going the 'grid feed' route will also help a lot in creating a far more efficient electric grid.

Certainly very interesting times as we shift into the green industrial revolution!

It's crazy PostmanPorsche, people who were already struggling must be feeling immense pressure right now, even more so if they have families to feed. I don't think a lot of things have been well thought out tbh.

It's a bit of a relief to see certain twitter news circulating, hopefully the end is in sight for all. Ukrainian's are suffering the most, but, there are also a lot who have just been placed in to poverty through no fault of their own.

Fingers crossed that Zelensky's compromises are enough to end all of this in the near term.

Twitter always seems to get the news out faster, once the similar story is over multiple places then it's plausible, well, at least that's what i've found.

Things are looking a lot better this week, perhaps that bio weapon stuff has him worried about what may come out?. I honestly thought it was propaganda until that US woman confirmed it all. Surely even the EU must have questions over such a US funded operation being there. It should have many worried after seeing what Covid has done recently tbh.

· Tier-1 scale: 305Kt of Nickel, 143Kt of Copper, 57 tons of PGM and Gold (11.2Moz of Platinum equivalent) have been estimated by WAI as JORC-compliant resources for an underground mining operation.

· Nickel is the main metal comprising half of the value in the metal basket on a Net Smelter Royalty ("NSR") basis.

· The net present value ("NPV") using an 8.33% discount rate for the underground part of the NKT project is $1.2bn under the WAI price forecast and $1.7bn under spot prices. Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately.

Something i've been watching is that column, it's barely moved for a long time now, something is clearly wrong and in a big way thank god -

Both number games which both got wrong evidently TheBeastofBodmin. Twitter is full of Ukraine farmers towing away Russian armoured vehicles, the clips and pics have been something light to see in such a heavy situation tbh.

I'm all for something speeding up the switch however, there's always something positive which can come out of practically any situation.

I'm hoping the high level talks tomorrow bring the peaceful solution that we're all waiting for, an end to the fighting in Ukraine and mark a start for the Ukrainian's being able to build their home back up. The quicker it all ends the quicker they can get started and also the less overall damage there will be to rebuild.

Indeed, they can become energy independent, but, they all need to source the relevant metals first to do so. They would be looking at a long game here, where the circular economy from recycling metals is fully in place in say 30 years time.
