No there isn't, it has to be put to us shareholders to vote on before any disposal takes place.
Logically, for any of us shareholders to make an informed decision on the asset disposal, we'll have to see the DFS details. We wouldn't have any way of valuing the main Monchetundra asset without such details.
GLA
It's always just a question of when with Eurasia, but, we have to vote any asset disposal through, so, that's what i'm sitting back and waiting for.
It will all come in time now that the DFS is completed, the DFS changed the valuation of Monchetundra significantly.

And they have a few dollars to throw around -
"DUBAI, July 30 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabian Mining Company (1211.SE), known as Ma'aden, has agreed to acquire a 10% stake in Brazil's base metals company Vale, it said in a bourse statement on Sunday, as part of a strategy to invest in global mining assets.
Ma'aden, through Manara, its joint venture established with the Public Investment Fund, on Thursday signed a binding agreement to acquire the 10% stake in Vale Base Metals, based on an enterprise value of $26 billion."

It won't affect Eurasia, it quite possibly could affect Norilsk Nickel however and other similarly large companies.
Most of the moves are predictable tbh as it locks out Western investment and leaves the door wide open for investors from BRIC's.

It brings a lovely blissful experience to the chat board by removing the nonsense.
Us green boxing veterans have many hundreds of green boxed accounts in our nailed list.
Good luck to all new green boxers out there striving for a better chat board experience!
Indeed, sandy beaches and Margarita's is how he should spend his time after a lifetime dedicated to mineral exploration.
An expert in his field, like the many other experts working at Eurasia.
I'm looking forward to having a private toast to his retirement when the time comes.
GLA
Indeed, so 7 will have to put at us again. It's the old strengthened negotiating position that they're needed for.
It's a shame that people voted against, they've only shot themselves in the foot without realising.
GLA
"Assets sale seems less lucrative now, BOD needs to put up Company on Sale" - That's incorrect, the asset sale will always be the most lucrative due to how assets are valued using the discounted cash flow valuation method. It is low extraction cost and the same metal sale value cost compared to global peers.
GLA
Everything else is just legal noise tbh, that is the only part real investors need to focus on.
We're in to the 2nd half of the critical year.
It's a very easy wait now that the DFS is done and accepted, even easier than it was before ;)
GLA
Oh, and BRICS is only set to exponentially grow at this stage. Increasing Eurasia's potential target customer base by quite a large amount -
"22 Countries Apply for BRICS Membership"

If you think Eurasia will struggle to find customers or an arena to thrive, think again!

Tata is Indian, indeed BRICS as per my post the other day. Both UK supply lines are BRICS, Sunderland Nissan is Chinese, Land Rover will be Indian.
There is no equation where BRICS is not involved currently, it's an impossible feat to achieve at this point of the green energy revolution.
Lithium may well arrive from Cornwall at some stage, but, that will be a while from now i bet.
GLA
The supply line to the Sunderland plant is Chinese -

"Envision Energy is a Chinese multinational corporation headquartered in Shanghai that provides wind turbines and energy management software. Envision has long-term strategic cooperations in the area of battery manufacturing with Renault, Nissan, Daimler and Honda"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Envision_Energy
India will supply Land Rover -
"India's Tata chooses UK for $5 bln Jaguar Land Rover gigafactory"
https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/tata-picks-britain-new-ev-battery-plant-2023-07-19/
Both will be BRIC's lol
GLA
That, for the benefit of the not so clever ones, means that there is indeed plenty of evidence -
"With the completion of the Monchetundra DFS, the two open pit mines, with their related plant and facilities, are ready for construction work to commence. While we have an EPCF agreement with Sinosteel in place, the Board does not believe it is appropriate to commence construction immediately due to the ongoing sale process of its Russian assets. It is expected that counterparties will have their own plans for future development, and it is important to leave such options open"
It quite clearly does not say the 'just because process' now does it lol
GLA
It just sounds like an admin error tbh. It's good that people spotted it however.
We'll just have to wait for the RNS to drop to confirm it.
It won't take long for the drop to happen if it has just been what looks like an innocent admin error which was quickly rectified, we'll see soon no doubt.
