Negheads rarely ever have a good day.
There's not long left of the year, hopefully it comes through just as they've planned and we get a nice full sack from Santa.
US has ran out of money for Ukraine and the EU can't make the ammunition needed, so, ceasefire and peace looks even more viable in the short term.
GLA
This statement is close to being truthful, but, it requires an amendment -
"There's a chance that the sale will go ahead, then there's also the chance that I have a gibbon as a long lost son."
Amended for truthful accuracy -
The sale will go ahead, Crevice is the long lost son of a Gibbon.
And with that, to the green bin with the not so Funky Gibbon.
GLA
Has arrived as per the relevant licensing register. That's a whole host of extra Nickel, Copper, Palladium, Platinum, Iridium, Rhodium etc added to what was already a large collection held for Eurasia in the Monchegorsk area.
How long will they hold it though with the sale of assets being the plan?
I read an article last night which stated that the US had reached the 96% expenditure level of what it has to support Ukraine, the funds for the conflict there are almost dry, ceasefire and peace and can only take place going forward imho
GLA
People know exactly what they're doing searching through the relevant licensing registers at this stage, they always pick them up prior to any announcement from Eurasia. The area in question is the area that they picked up as having a boundary alteration quite a long time ago now -

It was always going to arrive sooner or later.
GLA
No, it's simply not plausible for either side to carry on fighting, neither side are making any meaningful ground. Winter will cause that situation to be cemented for quite some time.
Negotiations and peace are the only realistic route, he is not submitting, they fought well.

I still stand by what i said at the start, a lot of this could have been avoided by Ukraine simply becoming a non-military aligned EU state, where Ukraine would have had full EU backup and Russia would have had no perceived threat at the border, it would have worked for both sides.
They chose not to go down the above sensible route, so, here we are almost two years later after quite a lot of unnecessary destruction.
Hopefully it ends very soon for the innocent people caught up in the whole mess.
GLA
He's simply unsure on how to do it and has quite clearly realised that the current situation is not plausible -

GLA
Long overdue because a prolonged stalemate situation imho -

Hopefully it comes to an end relatively soon.
GLA
I'm not in the telegram group personally, so, i have not seen what has been posted there, but, it's a small sum realistically. I believe the court would have to find that the company does not have the funds to pay the bill, then proceed with the winding down route looking to sell the company assets to pay the bill.
It's clearly a dispute, so, it's all on the legal advice that the company will receive, if the advice favours the move then this is the route which will be taken -
"The company can either dispute the petition"
Or, the advice will be to simply pay the bill.
I did see some tweets jumping to conclusions about CS options early on however, so, i do know that people quite often jump the gun and make an instant scene of certain things.
GLA
It would be a worry if they were insolvent, but, they're not. They have the proceeds to pay the money, for whatever reason they're quite clearly choosing not to.
Also, CS would not just throw money on to a fire, the taking up of options appears to be more of a sign that he has faith in the company.
They have 7 days in any case to pay the bill, which is small compared to what cashflow they have access to.
GLA
There's still a $1m loan available at any point from Dmitry. The £100k is no real threat to the company in any circumstances.
"If required, the Company also has access to the previously announced US$1m credit line which is provided by way of a loan agreement between Eurasia and Hamomelia Services Limited, a company owned and controlled by Dmitry Suschov, a director of Eurasia."
GLA
What happens with a stalemate?
https://thehill.com/policy/international/4290701-ukrainian-general-war-russia-stalemate/
The conflict should end soon. Rather well timed if asset sales are to take place before year end imho
GLA
Says the conflict is at a stalemate.
Now it has arrived from the horses mouth, inevitably as expected.
The conflict should end quite soon imho
Ref the options, possibly didn't take the full amount to minimise shareholder dilution after a longer than expected asset sale process.
GLA
Can't peddle any so called misinformation when i've barely posted for months now, so, do stop lying as you don't look very good tbh.
Reference the Rosgeo JV, the situation with NYUD is fully known to all genuine shareholders, that area is part of the original Rosgeo JV. The JV won't advance any further for Eurasia, but, with some careful business diplomacy, there is a strong chance that the door will be very much opened to the buyer of Monchetundra and the rights over NYUD.
The ones who like to try and twist things always seem to forget, an ex Rosgeo guy is at Eurasia -
"Konstantin Firstov, former Managing Director of Rosgeo has been appointed as chief executive of the 100% subsidiary Yuksporskaya Mining Company, and as chief executive of the 80% subsidiary Terskaya Mining Company.
Terskaya holds the Monchetundra and Monchetundra flanks licences"
And, well, it is the subsidiary which will be sold which holds the assets which are being advertised.
GLA
Nice to see it going in the direction it should always go ;)
We're running out of year, if it is to be done within the year then each day takes us closer to the potential big news drop.
I hope that all LTH's are well!
GLA
"There no way ABC Ltd will make an offer of say 15p a share when the share price is 2.5p" - That part's not true as this isn't a company sale, it's an asset sale. The assets for sale can only be valued using industry norms, with Monchutundra that's the discounted cash flow method. The company holding the assets share price is totally irrelevant to an asset sale.
GLA
Indeed, Eurasia will prove a great success story for them and show all of BRICs that Russia is fully open to their investment.
The closer Putin appears to be with Xi Jinping, the more i'm leaning on my original theory of it being a Chinese entity going for Monchetundra. Either as a full move in, or, possibly a little more realistic, is in a JV format with Norilsk.
There are still other possibilities however, just the present geopolitical environment makes the above case even stronger imho.
I don't think the Ukraine conflict will go on much longer, it's at a stalemate, has been for months due to the counteroffensive making no meaningful ground. Ceasefire and peace talks is what should take place in the short term there imo. It going on into next year makes little to no sense at this stage.
