Intandem Films, a London-based film group, is looking for finance for a film version of the 1970's fantasy book and TV series Catweazle.
The AIM-listed company has won the job of executive producer and worldwide sales agent for the film which will be directed by Bafta-winning director John Henderson, the man behind BBC TV's The Borrowers and Loch Ness.
The budget for the film is £6m and as part of the financing for the movie Intandem and its partner, the Ettinger Brothers, intend to raise funds via the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
Catweazle aired to more than eight million viewers an episode in the UK in the 1970s and was broadcast in more than 50 countries globally.
