In the last 4/5years I've been investing I always hear takeover chatter on various shares but I have yet to see a takeover happen. I'm not having a go but just asking realistically how often do these things occur?

Great news for MKA yesterday and congratulations to the team. In regards to the comparisons with PRE, surely you can see their mine is way ahead in terms of construction, offtakes etc. I appreciate the recycling aspect of MKA but felt the need to comment as various speakers on here and X seem to be downplaying what the board at PRE have achieved.

Please share the highlights.
