"Appalling corporate governance record" is a subjective characterization unless supported by objective findings (such as regulatory sanctions, court judgments, or exchange determinations).

There is no public evidence that a U.S. exchange or regulator has concluded Pensana's governance is so deficient that it would be ineligible for listing.

Whether a company qualifies for listing depends on many factors, including quantitative listing standards, governance requirements, disclosure compliance, and any remedial actions. A historical governance issue does not automatically result in rejection.

I don't know where you are looking Smartpunter but the amount of deramping on this board recently is the most significant I have seen on this board. The share price shows a bit of recovery and you have a problem with it?

And if you are looking for a European link, The key detail is that the Angolan mining company that owns the Longonjo project, Ozango Minerais S.A., is 84% owned by Portugal-domiciled subsidiaries of Pensana.

Seen as though it's a new investment vehicle it looks completely administrative to me or maybe new investors are being brought in.

It's easy to post such content anonymously on these messages boards. Has he got the guts to make these claims on the companies official pages? Remember, before thinking about replying, he's playing you all and laughing all the way to the bank.

I think the time has come to let Oscar Golf be. Who knows what his motives are. He will continue to be as damming as he can. Time will tell if this really does motivate the BOD to act. Responding to his posts add no Value to this board. Like I said, just let him be.

There is something strange about Theorist and his price predictions. Something I have observed previously. He seems to set a price which you think no chance but a few weeks later the price will start heading down. Any experienced traders know what could be going on?

It could be an Honorific usage – sometimes used as a mark of respect for wealthy, influential, or senior individuals, even when they are not royals.

That's what I mean by marketing. Any other company announces Qatari backers and the SP rockets. PRE announces it and people scream "Fake Sheikh"!

Pensana marketing team if it exists really need to up their game. Last few posts on here is nothing short of slandering. You may say the BOD is not concerned about daily price movements, message boards etc but their recent RNS strategy has given plenty of Ammo to these guys.

Plus, you've got the DFC splashing the images on their homepage. Are they being taken for a ride too?
