-JV partner news which has been boosted by the buying spree on lithium projects by big players
-Funding for DFS completion and the mine
-End of placings once the funding is sorted
-DFS preliminary results from the drilling
-DFS completion which isn't too far off now and the date of completion should be announced within Q1
-COVID stocks going to fizzle out and attention will be fully back on lithium

It's nice to clear some of these sellers now at the end of the year, so we can move on up out of the placing level early.

Look at the price being paid for lithium projects, including without working mines.

From here the share price uplift near term should be fantastic. Mcap is still too low and we should be 30p+ for starters.

Hi all, don't be suckered into selling your ZNWD shares for such pocket change. MMs played some games today to get you to sell. The share price should be 30p+ for starters and is heading back towards that direction.

Continue to take advantage of the discounted price tomorrow (still below placing) as we should hit 30p and above in the short-term, given the valuations being given to lithium projects. ZNWD's mcap is well north of 100mil given the resources they have.

Anyone know the actual final close price? Seems like the MMs have put through some delayed trades and its giving a false close.

If its sellers then good riddance because this should he at least 30p.

Very dodgy from the MMs at the end. Not sure why they put through a sell of £9,085 at 13.75....

ACKER - had a decent holding here pre EPO and sold a bit in the 0.40 level and held the rest thinking we'd continue marching to 1p. Was very surprised when we didn't and was waiting for the DFS to come along for a good entry to build a bigger position again. I didn't think I'd be able to top up below 0.25 this late into 2021 and so took a chunk out of the new placing and will be holding this for real returns this time. Over 2p for sure.

These two bits of news are significant for small cap lithium plays and I really do believe the market speaks volumes here and demonstrated that the current value of PREM is ridiculously cheap. Especially considering Zulu's resource value is likely in the billions and we are sitting at a 30mil mcap.

The institutional investors are now showing up submitting TR1's and the Zulu buyers are knocking on George's door. As a PI, it makes sense to buy in now before the bigger herd arrives as this news circulates. Not long left as every analyst will be pointing out lithium is the new oil as soon as 2022 hits and the markets will rebound a month or two sooner than most think.

As I said earlier, thats only 5-6x from here and why is that a stretch when buy out yesterday was over 10x and with no operating mine.

Its no secret Zulu is a monster and now the funding is about to he sorted. The last signal the market needs to take this up to 1p and beyond.

I have built my final position here now because in early 2022, all the analysts are going to be saying one thing. BUY LITHIUM SHARES! Aka the new oil.

Lithium is gonna be big in 2022 and the signs are all there. The demand, the skyrocketing prices, the big buyouts this week, as per below of early projects.

100mcap and a share price around 30p will he a fair value here considering lithium is the new oil.

Oil shares tanking, lithium share mooning.

Rising nicely now and still has plenty of uplift back to 20p and over.

Load up all whilst the shares are under the recent placing price. Will head back to 25p and higher given the bullish climate around lithium that will get even stronger.

Smart folks loading up on the undervalued lithium plays before 2022 kicks in.

Jan/Feb a lot of money is coming towards this sector as the analysts will point towards the rising lithium demand and prices.

The perfect storm alongside China pumping in money into this space.

The market is now more quickly going to wipe out 10% traders, shorters, spreadbetters and whomever else holds the price of this down because it now values prospective mines in this region at 10-15X the value of PREM currently, before the mines are complete. This is whilst Prospectresources is a one trick pony with Arcadia (see below) in comparison to PREM and Zulu which has much bigger potential. Simply let the sellers clear at this level, hold and don't get mugged off.

Whilst weak hands keep letting go of their shares for nothing or even losses, institutions and big buyers will silently keep loading up, as they have been and as as per the TR1 yesterday. There is now doubt Chinese firms will be offering tens of millions or even hundreds of millions at PREM for a slice of this. Call this a ramp, but the market has spoken. You can read up below.

Regarding Omicron, hospitalisations are up to 70% lower than Delta. It will bring about real herd immunity and any restrictions will pass more quickly. Markets going to rebound and catch people out. Devalued companies such as PREM will get to the levels they should be.

Still far too cheap all....

Don't mug yourselves off selling for 10 or 20% here. This was around 25p, before the company has the funding it has now and before these massive deals linked above.

Once this makes the round over the holiday period, expect PREM to rocket in he New Year. Omicron is bringing about the end of COVID all and the markets are going to rebound.

PREM has much more to offer the market than Prospect Resources and Arcadia Mine, valued at $422mil before it's even complete or producing anything.....

MMs will increase the spread to encourage sellers and play some games, but all you need to do is hold and stop selling for peanuts.

As the news show, we are massively undervalued (no debt and with funding for leverage too) and the market has clearly spoken that the true value of upcoming lithium projects in this region is 10-15x before the mine is even built and operating.

Part of what keeps PREM undervalued is the threat of these placings (even if they are small ones like they are). However, once the deal is struck, which sounds like a formality going by the interview, fundraises won't be needed and we will finally hit that 1p+ mark that many want (still only 5-6x from here which leaves PREM undervalued).

This is the closest point in PREM's history where long-term funding will be sorted and the share price will really propel to that 1p zone then.
