FCA sent a letter inquiring for information prior to any consideration of a decision whether to undertake an investigation.

So again if you WERE a shareholder you would have attended the call and know this information.

The likelihood is if you were NOT on the shareholder call yesterday you are not a shareholder so yes ASI you do spout nonsense because your posts have no related relevance to this shares circumstance

Again no one gave assurances the accounts would be published.

What was said that the auditors had told the company accounts are on track to be published in the 1st week of February and Spinks has applied for the lifting of suspension at the same time.

So it could be this week, it might be in a couple of weeks.

No promises broken even if trading resumes by the EOM.
