This happened to many on Rolls Royce. Some may make money depends in their initial buy in price but many didn't amd some broke even. Lets not forget this is a big! Share issue and Tui are not doing it to be generous to shareholders it is a must do to stay afloat so to speak. Time will tell if you do ok out of the Ri or not and as I say it will depend on your buy in price greatly.
But all said and done the share is getting diluted.

It is definitely 100% dilution! 85% more shares! Yes slightly larger Mcap but let's not for get why this dilution is happening ....Debt .. however you look at this is it most definitely diluting the value... it happens with RR and people seem to forget when they throw numbers about that the stock used to be blah blah..it will never get to those highs simply due to the MASSIVE extra shares in float diluting the value.

True statement... simply put if you have £10 shared between 10 people each person gets £1 but if you share it between 20 people each then get 50p... value cap hasn't changed but amount of holders/players has hence the dilution.

There's alit of shares being issued and so many will dump them ASAP so I would tread lightly here imho but time will tell.

Not sure how you say they are fractured in as they not in play yet so no way fractured in.. Give it some time until they in play then they will be fractured in.

Definitely shorters and day traders until New shares in play.

Personally think buying before 20th at earliest is playing with fire..

That's fair value I believe for Tui post Ri and with debts atm so we will see and I will buy if it does got to that.

Yes a sale will happen I believe but tbh God knows when this will be and I still believe it has to be £1+ anything less is too low for the value of the assets.
I think the "its coming" and "wouldn't like to be out if this at weekend " shouldn't be used no more lol as can see this going on for some time..

Yes very true about RR. Always better to air lots of caution when Ri issue us taking place. I dont expect as you for it to go that low here but with the extra shares I wouldn't be paying anywhere near the current sp for sure.

Yes thats pretty true..the bottom will only be know once shares are in and if you witnessed Rolls Royce it dropped from £2.50 to approx 60s now sp is £ 107. Obviously same there with the extra shares in issues the sp becomes diluted as its spread over more shares ( the value) etc
No one will no the true bottom of here yet...

Its because you had to hold also at close of 0lay today to take up the rights. You couldn't just offload them today .

Yes fully understand that. Yep I am in here for that reason too. I feel the near future this sp will be a distant memory as news comes through.
