What to make of the RNS on FSP today14 Jan 2021 20:04
I am not sure what to really make of the RNS today with regards to the FSP. One part of me thinks it sounds good there are interested parties amd possible bids but another part thinks its Vague and what is the reason for DLA Piper n co on site etc if no formal bid has been put in? Obviously I dont know really how everything works on such a large scale sale as this one but surely they would only bern around if it was going to be sold ? I am 1/2 really ambitious on the outcome amd 1/2 a little concerned.
Yes but you have to remember £10 was before all the pandemic and before the large extra share issue. Same as RR they have massive more shares and so yes it looks way cheap now at £1.05 a share compared to pre pandemic and share issue etc but it is nothing like it was before. I believe that a pre sp of around £8 is now equivalent to around £1.80- £2 post rights. I know thier Ri was massive but the days of £15 a share here are long over.
