This chap based in Spain had a notifiable position 8 years ago which he never disclosed. Then he got up to his current shareholding in February of this year but we are only hearing about it now in June. Very strange. I guess they do things slowly in Spain.

There had been some doubt whether California (company's biggest single client) would renew its contract with Kooth. But recent comments from California Govenor Gavin Newsome would suggest that this is no longer in doubt.

He is basically saying Kooth is the next Filtronic and is the most exciting position in his portfolio.

Adani is the person trying to take MPLs key asset away from it. He has done it in the past. And he has engaged in illegal behavior and the SEC have called him up on it and he has managed to settle for just $18m. It has everything to do with MPL. It shows that he is above the law even when it comes to dealing with the US authorities. So what hope does MPL have fighting him in India? I would say not much.
