me to Jonny - we were questioning the quiet before the storm and thought we had been done but looks like we might just get through this

jonny remember when you and me both brought in and it quickly jumped.....if buyers show up now and they may well do as the situation becomes clear and news spreads then this is going quickly up

also, this is a stronger company then NEW with a potential upcoming annocuncement of a $5m asset

if my memory serves me correctly i think it said ''notwithstanding the standstill agreement'' ...so basically regardless of the extensions the board think there is no value ....the key word is probably the 'unlikely' - so its not definitive - they just think with all things considered it probably wont happen but there is a very small chance so they cant give us a definitive answer...it comes down to probably a lot of things okenia has pointed out to...such as the uptick in property prices etc
