im buying in tomorrow some more, and i am going to attend the meeting with the board and vote against consolidation unless they reveal details about their plans to the market beforehand. Let the share price re-rate accordingly then and i am banking on nictrades 0.16 target being hit. I am also going to email the directors tomorrow for the sake of it and tell them how angry i am at recent events and i want a real update as to where they are taking this asap otherwise ill buy a ton of stock in open market and derail their plans. i agree with you t may well be a pile of .........., but i guess some may be holding here because they appointed a new director recently. Albeit it is a director previously at a company which is not a fan favourite but he is one with expertise in acquisitions as detailed in the RNS. I further think there is a general expectation that further news may due soon in light of the upcoming share consolidation which will need to be voted on. I am sure current shareholders will demand to know more about what the future plans for this shell are in light of this proposal and as such any sensitive information being provided to them should be released via RNS.
