if news spreads and market realises the gap, and it gets going tomorrow then this could be a very big riser. dividend payer as well

It could be the need for finance which is causing some delay in the rise but I'm sure it will work out lomg term. They mention stepped finance which is good. The smart will now try to get in on thE placing or raise via the brokers
