The equity piece of the finance is for $100m, if Alkemy retains 55% of TVL then that would value the project at $222m and ALKs share at $122m. Once converted to pounds that would be around £90m. So roughly £9 a share. That's the minimum I think we should expect to see on finance, obviously assuming the 55/45 split.

Add to that $140m in debt finance and the positive implications of the fact that the plant is being built, and that’s where the £10 a share minimum comes from. Whether that buying comes from retail or institutions is actually irrelevant - anyone seeing pricing below that level is going to see the disconnect and hit the buy button 😅
