It's nice to be consistently back in the black with this one.
Not been on the board much lately but nice to see some positive news for once. I'm too deep to be adding any more to my holding, even at this low price - although it is tempting!
I've made a few quid on crypto but nothing life changing just yet. I decided to cash half of my stake in at the start of the year so that if it all vanished over night (possible) I'd at least have made something.
Since then, Ethereum has more than doubled. Great for me as i'm back to where i was but with some cash in the bank (some of which bought me more TRX!), but also a bit of a pain as I still keep thinking what i could have had, had i not sold any!
I know a couple of bitcoin millionaiires, one guy in particular who i used to work with has made over £30m. But they bth got in really early.
I'm currently over the moon (pun intended) with my 900% return... but with an average of 0.55p I'm hoping my TRX investent will ultimately eclipse where I stand now with crypto.
If we get to 6p I'd be long gone!!
Cryptos are still a very volatile "investment" Ginandmilk - still very much inly ivest what you're prepared to lose!
Took a while as I needed to be paid but all done now :-)
Wouldn't have been an issue if my 1.21p prediction had come in ha!
I bought 1.6m
I didn't even know there was an RNS yesterday (this board has been very quiet recently). What are your worries Ginandmilk?
Just found out my next door neighbour has bought the recently vacated TRX warehouse in Leeds. He was a little cautious when I spoke of my investment in them as he think they have wasted a lot of money by doing the place up and then moving out. Any thoughts?
I was thinking the same about Chester recently... hope all is well.
Ohmni - what's the difference between 160,000 shares currently valued at ~£1100 and after a consolidation 1,600 valued at ~£1100? I'm curious as to why would that allow you to consider your investment.
Holding at £1.21
I'm tempted too, but I think I have too much skin in the TRX game right now.
My average is starting to approach red territory again...
Not sure I'll still be here at 7p a share - if I am I'll be mortgage free but I'll probably end up taking profits. I'm in a similar situation now with Bitcoin.
I would love to say £1 in 2 years! However if we had a 20/1 consolidation between now and then (which we need to go come close to that number IMO) then I'm financially worse off than JimJams 5.5p prediction.
There's no point throwing numbers out there without backing them up. Is 35p a figure thrown about because that was what Woodford was targeting for this share, prior to the 1 in 7 dilution or whatever ridiculous number it was?
Or is it just a blatant ramp, somethig I hope doesn't start to creep into this board.
This is AIM, waiting for the pullback.
Hoping to be proven wrong!
I think somebody's just fired it up... all aboard...
Do people class £5k as a "big sell"?
For me personally, £5k is a lot of money but not enough to speculate that somebody is "driving the price down". I wouldn't have thought £5k of sales would be that influential to the overall price.
I was expecting 10 times that value in order for it to be somethingto worry about, I was quite surprised it was "only" 1.1m.
Opinions greatly received...
Hopefully the new CFO will make a director buy pretty soonish (if he hasn't already).
I'm a bit lost... I see a 2% climb today ¯\_(?)_/¯
A 10% drop on this share isn't a crash, it's a dip. I've seen there be an 8% spread on this share so I don't tend to look at the day to numbers.
