Am still a little cynical, and do accept that this appears good news but it is high time we had some monetisation to report, rather than another box of jam tomorrow. Fully agree with MB that this is a long-termer, but do feel srongly it could needs to get moving up pronto. Show me the money !!!!!!!

Did anyone attend / view the webinar held with ED, and is it worth a look ? Haven't faced it myself yet as probably would grind me down (more) on this one. For me, a key issue is the pretty poor way in which BMK communicate historically, so not really surprised if the tone of the half-year report was lacklustre / uninspiring. Have given up trying to get my question answered at these webinars - what do the founders & C-level management feel about the drifting SP............ Truth is this is a long term punt, and a feck load more attractive at sub-50p than the placing prices I am in at averaging 82p - but I hold as I believe in the long term. Would spread-bet it long if the SB companies didn't want 75% margin for a decent sized punt ......

Matt - am hoping the fall yesterday was overdone as am lumped on to this (again) with a tempting sub 12:50 SP - but am nervous that the good news due in the finals 14th July(ish) is priced in at this level ? I guess focus will be on the outlook statements in the associated blurb, not just the great (but now historic) financials. Do you think £15 is on the cards again near-term without a reversal of UK political situation ?

Agree, no nasties as far as I can skim-read, but no big story on Hypocat yet - this could be a gamechanger coming in from left-field on top of the more obvious. Nonetheless, think there is a long wait for big returns, so back to trading (or more truthfully gambling) in the current market mayhem to keep the family fed & watered for me !

Tricky time for any company releasing news just now, but hopefully good news will reassure the long term position. Let's just hope that Hypocat is not a dog like Circassia's alternative......

They show revenues for 2016 estimated at £108m rising to £143 and £155 next 2 years. Adjusted EPS shown at £3.5m rising to £4.9 and £5.7 next 2 years - but a target SP of 70p. These are lower revenues than the latest Equity Development note, which shows £117.1 / £162.2 / £195.5, and higher than ED's EPS shown as £1.80 / £3.21 / £5.24 for the same 2016-18 period with a target SP of £1.30 Both appear to assign £0 to Hypocat in the notes for now, but it is clear that this can be a mahoosive upside if the 2018 commercial launch is successful - and for that we have to wait again for news ! Patience, and a solid belief in the "journey" is needed with this one - be a brave man who tries to trade it over the coming months.

Anyone waded through this mighty tome ? 47 pages of detailed analysis which, from a thorough and reputable company, gives plenty of detail. Interestingly only assigns a 70p target SP, but importantly is still ignoring value from other prospective parts of the business - like the upcoming Hypopet stuff. Are they right in assigning nil value, is it just more "Hypo" or is it for real ? Want to see some real business numbers now, not analyst / journo speculations. Patience, patience.........

or at least no "shock / horror" in today's RNS. Continues to be a waiting game for any financials though and meanwhile I still carry a big old underwater position with SP as it remains. Long term one this one.......

Personally I think the statement last April was advanced due to profit warning issues, as market regulations demand a notification of a material shift in financials. Nothing issued early is therefore a possible good sign this year ! No reason to believe anything will be wrong with INVE, but agree some upbeat news would be great - you have been buying at clever levels - I got my 3rd tranche via the placing so am ma-hoosively underwater on that for now, but remain confident in this one and the low current price just allowed me to move a big lump into ISAs ready for the rises........ Bring on the Hypo-cat/dog/ferret/budgie range I say.

Fiesta - markets are tough and unforgiving at the moment, and according to many will stay that way this year. And despite all of our hopes, I cant ever see PIs being handed anything for our loyalty on any stock - sadly we are simply minnows in a sea of institutions and usually get less attention as the co. becomes bigger. There are ways to extract extra value though - do you follow Paul Scott's daily blogs on Stockopedia ? He made a really interesting point yesterday about managing "favourite" stocks by having a core holding, and a trading holding alongside to buy in dips / sell at peaks as a way of topping up value http://www.stockopedia.com/content/small-cap-value-report-12-feb-2016-moni-121205/ Food for thought, as it would have bagged you a good few quid yesterday. Looking at 3 of my core holdings I could have done really well with this tactic rather than watching huge value flush away in the last quarter - I guess it is about being able to be agile in the markets rather than being wedded to positions. Anyhoo, I was delighted to get the chance to pile in at £12 and now also look forward to £14+ Just wish BOO would do something funky to open up a lower buy-in there too !

to Cathexis for the £1.71. Following the RNS's shows them just above 37% now, so about 6m shares to acquire before close Wed next week. IMOH that is not going to happen so I believe support for the current SP will be lost causing a drop back. If it drops back as far as my initial buy in then I'll lump on again. Very tricky markets just now, so am banking as much cash as presents itself to pick up more wacky trades like SGP this morning.

Am all for CEOs dumping a wad of shares now and then to create a few supertrades - a bit like Wicksy did over at INL in Nov last year. Being able to pick this up at £12 and a cheeky bit has made a tough week end on a high - good that he keeps the missus in the style to which she has become accustomed, and good to get lumped on this one. Happy Days....

Have been watching this one for weeks and took the plunge at 14:29 thinking it would tick up after US markets opened - oops - it slipped back another 10 points! But United Rentals Inc. opened strongly and gained over 1% so hopefully some read-across for tomorrow. Seems to me to be harshly marked down at £8, but I guess March Q3 results will tell all. Here's hoping.....

Poor reaction on the news for sure, and SP bid now 28% down on placing price - and as one who almost doubled my holding in the placing I am not happy ! But my view on the INVE deal remains strong, and the trading volumes are small, so in the grand scheme of things nothing to stress over. Did you go on the webinar ? I found it showed a very clear and consistent strategy is well and truly in place now, and despite still being a bit "jam tomorrow" I find it still a compelling investment, but not something for the short term. For that, keep shorting and longing "big oil".......

There is a webinar with management hosted by Equity Development on Wed morning - worth registering for and a chance to ask pointy Q's. It's always good to see / here management directly so a great service provided by ED imho.

There's the tricky thing for the BOD - they can't officially reject, only recommend rejection. The ball is always in the stalker's court. But, there was cashflow to be had earlier - check out the quickster who snaffled 100k shares at £1.66 (shown as a sell but wouldnt be) which presumably they will pass on to Cathexis for £1.71 turning a >£4k profit in minutes - liking that style !

£1.71 - almost 20% up on the prior low-ball. Puts me into profit on this one (again) and given my question re. clarity of rising costs of covering UK issues I am minded to cash in and move on. ISG said the costs of defending the bid would be disclosed in March results - presumably these costs will now rise unless the board accept the offer. Any thoughts ?

out this morning not the strongest news. For me a couple of worrying bits - is UK Construction costs "expected to rise by an offsetting amount" a new thing, over and above that previously disclosed ? And what about the costs of defending the bid to be disclosed in March results ? Need a bit of a rethink here maybe but am hanging in for now....

Kind of expected to see them today given that BMK are in London for presentations (tonight at Equity Development) but nothing out today . They must be due this week to meet the 3 month reporting timeline. Patience needed with this share........
