Just realised SOHO goes ex dividend tomorrow and with a small dip this morning I’ve decided to top up a little today ;)
Gl all
I sold some of my energy stocks with some nice gains too. Just waiting for a good entry point and with oil prices and less production it might not be long.
I had a fair bit invested and averaged down a lot over the past year in CSH and it was a good dividend payer.
Trying to get ready for when I cash out and so now on the look out for other investments. Anyone have any suggestions of good dividend companies to add to my research?
Not sure about anyone else, but once dividend is paid I’ll be cashing out quick and heading to Triple Point (SOHO) as there is some overlap with this stock.
Interested to learn what others are considering to invest in afterwards.
I thought todays RNS was a good update and written well.
I particularly liked the definition ‘care-based and healthcare REIT’ along with more clarification on the situation with My Space Housing Solutions, which I’m sure has been included to try and ensure the recent impact from negative news else where doesn’t cause the same in future. - if only some people didn’t paint everything with the same brush.
Bought myself some more this morning…. 10% yield at these prices what’s not to like?
Completely agree. Few speed bumps to overcome in the coming weeks/months. Some exciting times ahead that’s for sure.
I’ve been averaging down for the past 18 months and will continue to do so while things look like they can be turned around and with the FCA approval, its a big step in the right direction.
Time to be patient and wait out the slow rise until the big day… there are plenty of occasions in the past that demonstrate the potential here and with FCA approval we are just one step closer.
I was a little distracted when the delist happened and didn’t find out until months after the event. I am also a little wet behind the ears when it comes to being invested in a company that has delisted…
Someone please educate me, if SEL happens, what is the knock on affect to our shares in AAOG?
If SEL doesn’t pay off, what happens to our investments?
No facts have been presented to make me think this is going any other way than up in the short term. Added to that, just think of the long term dividend payouts... nice icing on the cake.
Don’t forget the BOD have their incentive to increase share value to 20p before they see any payout. :)
Couldn’t agree more!
They probably made their profit and on to the next one... I’m sure they will be back to make more soon ;)
Yep, would be mad to sell at this point in our journey! Time to top up and/or average down if you were late to the party.
I’ve been off line for about a month and although the share price is where it is today it’s not going to be for long. All the things promised have come into fruition and better... now a few more things to get over the line and I’m confident that the true value will shine through. Crazy prises right now for what this could be worth in future. Cheeky top up this morning :)
I tend to agree, I don’t filter anyone as I like to have a balanced view of my investments. It’s also clear as day when some people are spreading fear or ramping things up. I see past posts of people as a documented history demonstrating their potential motives. As difficult as maybe at times I try and act with clear head driven by facts not opinions when investing.
A few good days and then NF comes out of the woodwork to post news from 10 months ago, relevant in the bigger picture yes, but could it have been reintroduced into the fold to continue the negatively surrounding our share... maybe... or could he simply be trying to make people aware of past history... only NF truly knows his motivation behind his posts.
I am still invested I as believe that this company has had a spell of bad luck in combination with poor decisions (or stupidly) resulting to where we are now. The company seems to have a solid product that could be huge in future due to the many benefits and it’s an opportunity that I want to be involved in. Yes you could call it
a gamble, but that’s like all investing. If you are not prepared to loss money then don’t play the game... from my point of view, better to be in it with no regrets then sitting on the sidelines wishing you were involved when the SP is soaring high.
GL and have a good weekend all!
Don’t think this has been shared before... https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/212382/active-energy-group-looking-to-get-coalswitch-cracking-asap-212382.html
I really do think that this year with renewed focus, AEG will have the best year yet! Sentiment can turn at a moments notice, the whole point of a company joining AIM is to raise cash to invest. We now have the money and a fantastic product about to go into production. It’s just a matter of time before we see this turn around. IMO anyone that’s wondering if you should invest, just read up on the company and I’m sure you will sure the same conclusion. The world needs AEG as much as we all would like the AEG sp to work for us. :)
I feel the sentiment changes depending on peoples agenda. The AIM game is never dull :)
What is there to expose?
Why do people forget that in the online world, that anyone can be anyone. Things are never what they seem and hysteria can kick in and people panic on biased on opinions not facts.
Stocks are a gamble, if you cant afford a loss don’t commit... sit tight and wait to see what happens.
