If someone is interested in the mines, they both have a FS completed. Vale completed one for Vermelho, HZM need to do another one as they are going for a leaner mine with lower capex, but the information is already there for a miner wishing for a larger output.

Hi Wasarunner, As far as I understand if they can satisfy the major shareholders, we have Teck and Glencore two large miner don't forget, plus the board are happy, the first we might know is that early morning RNS, game over for those not invested.

I have always thought the two miners plus the integrity of the board will prevent them accepting a derisory offer.

If negotiations did start with a derisory offer, then I believe the board would have to announce they have rejected that offer, that tends to send the share price upwards rather quickly.

This share was then in the 1p range, HZM have discovered another mine since then, been given an upfront $25 million and had a FS for Vermelho.
