Navitas held a special meeting on 7 Sept 2025.

The main agenda item was to approve private offerings of participating units (shares) and warrants in Navitas Petroleum.

The meeting approved this with an overwhelming majority (99.87% in favour).

This approval means Navitas now has shareholder consent to issue new equity or warrants under terms already set out in earlier meeting notices.

Financing flexibility for Navitas

In since the Desire Petroleum days so a long time suffering lol.

Traded a bit here and there over the years but built a core holding of just over a million but had to sell some to raise £20,000 a couple of weeks ago. I'm still holding 965,000 but trying to decide when to sell half as I retired at 59 years old and just turned 60 years old so want to enjoy the rest of my time on this earth. Over 600,000 in my stocks and shares isa the others in a sipp and a few in my trading account as my ISA allowances are used up every year.
