Holding up very well considering.
"Oil will go up to $45"
At some point, yes. It'll also be 13:00 today (your guess is about as useful as that).
BP and Shell have rebounded well but probably should be lower. Flights pretty much all cancelled (still hear the odd private flight going over my house). India's huge economy in lockdown, USA won't be up and running like trump is predicting. Can't see 10 dollars a barrel like some analysts but for the medium term, these prices should be low.
Been a very impressive bounce by BP but manufactured. Oil price is dropping, will drop even further in April but USA and other economies just printing money. Don't think we'll actually see the 230's again but could be wrong.
Sensible lamtree. BT has had an exceptional day seeing everything else has been hammered. But, things are only going to get worse for the next couple of months or so. BT shouldn't be massively impacted but all stocks will surely fall. Like Vodafone, still can see BT sub £1.
People saying telecoms shouldn't be hit so hard, what about ITV? Appreciate their revenue from advertising but they are being smashed, down nearly 14% at the moment. Their results the other day were not bad too. Debt reduced and way below their market cap.
