Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
There are a few things that keep me here Wolf, coal and gold obviously and the possibilities.
Chinese are notoriously difficult to do a deal with but the gold should be online soon.
It was tongue in cheek Bridgedogg, good to be scepticaland your response made me laugh (in a good way) . I expect it will rise inexplicably when someone somewhere knows something (inside information) , it would be a surprise to me if they can't get a deal across the line .
I suspect that Philip Richards is on the phone regularly monitoring his investment. ~

@ecrminerals
Please keep communication with shareholders going , keeping silent is not the most respectful option for anyone.
That people are holding strong and confident after the very recent updates ;-)
Gold in this quarter and coal 1st quarter '22 , don't know what else they can say really?
EEE went for some time without anyone at the helm , don't want any hasty decisions with a CEO do we?
There are probably interested parties now and wouldn't be surprised if the company hasn't been approached by a suitable candidate or about to be.
As far as nationalities go Craig was almost three on his own wasn't he? Kiwi , Brit and honorary Aussie.
They usually sell their real shares before engaging with the warrants cash , means they have the available cash for the warrants which are forward sold anyway .
The only ones who know what the situation is are those tosspots Novum and Jon ******* who has made an absolute killing out of PI's and selling regardless of the price.
I would have thought that they are running on fumes with the warrants cash.
This is one of those shares Nicks where if they get everything right then more than £1 is possible. Coal we know about but the gold with the cheapest extraction costs will show multiples of the current m/cap .
I consider this low risk at current sp as there are two chances to get it right, Directors have it designed for maximum profit and they are old hands at this knowing the hurdles and tripwires .
at every opportunity ffs , hope you get left way behind!
The thing that i have learned about stocks over time is that what you think is going to happen doesn't

Three dangerous beliefs regarding the stock market:
"It can't keep..."
"It has to..."
"I think it will..."
Just got to go with the flow and decide as things develop
Some of the assays should have been returned so I expect we will hear from Adam in the near term
Rather hear it from him steven , nobody's history looks particularly good
where did you hear that madgeyboy?
Have the dumpsters stopped , if so its about bloody time .
A bit of news must be getting close that will start them off again!
Not a chance , they need to be accumulating shares first otherwise there can only be a hostile bid, not happening.
As Craig would say.... it makes no difference what the price of gold is , oh yes it does ;-)
Colin has enough , probably the start of the takeover buyers ;-) , lets see if the dumpers have finished .
Just a reminder and part of the reason that Craig was convinced that Bailieston has more somewhere. ECR have found gold they just want to find more ! Takes a bit of time but they will get there.
"Significant intersections from Q1 2019 reverse circulation (RC) drilling by MGA at the Blue Moon prospect within the Bailieston project area included 2 metres at 17.87 g/t gold from 57 metres down hole in BBM007 within a zone of 15 metres at 3.81 g/t gold from 51 metres, and 3 metres at 3.88 g/t gold from 170 metres down hole within a zone of 11 metres at 2.42 g/t gold from 169 metres in hole BBM006. These intersections are apparent width. The results of this programme have confirmed Blue Moon as a new gold discovery within the Bailieston project area. "
That has been the implication for a couple of years Lw "The RC drilling results indicate that the host sandstone is thicker and the gold grades significantly higher on the westerly section, and further exploration will therefore seek to follow the system to the west, subject to agreeing access with landowners. Further exploration to the west would initially comprise surface geochemical sampling, potentially followed by drill testing." https://mercatorgold.com.au/projects/bailieston-2/
However, Craig was recently talking about a return to Blue Moon with one of the new drill rigs, so speculation is pointless at the moment.
It was a very good point on the landowner court cases max , we were aware of the land and lease grab but to be honest I hadn't given much thought to the landowners wanting a more generous slice of the pie and becoming more difficult as the 'gold rush' in Victoria has developed.
Nothing at all priced in with ECR now , hopefully it has bottomed out /sellers have finished .
