Prior to end 2021, ONEE proposes to purchase any gas at the price at which the Moroccan state sells gas to ONEE.

Well at least we now know what is happening with TE-10.
Now we can safely say TE-10 well testing programme is about to commence.

TE-10 update

Yes a 72% cos with the top zone which to me is as near a certainty.
The risk is the lower oil zone at 24% cos but if that comes in its a bonus anyway. imo

Drilling operations will first consist of one well drilling into the Kirkham Abbey Formation gas discovery, de-risking 189 BCFe (Billion Cubic Feet equivalent) Contingent Resources, before then targeting the deeper Cadeby Formation oil exploration target which has gross Prospective Resources of 79.1Mmboe (million barrels of oil equivalent).

Pre-drill estimates ascribe 72* per cent. chance of success and a gross NPV of $247** million for the Kirkham Abbey Formation discovery and a 24* per cent. chance of success and a gross NPV of $850** million for the Cadeby Formation prospect.

In a success case, West Newton offers a fast pathway to monetisation through its proximity to existing gas pipelines and infrastructure in the local area.

If TE-10 is not a success then i think Brian and his team will not be very well thought of in the industry.
They have to make this work.

Once we get VG-4 up to max rate followed by flow test figures for both Monroe Swell wells then the SP should take a nice leap upwards. imo
Plus if West Newton comes in then we should be well past 1p maybe 1.5p even

Should reach the top zone 72% cos in around 3 weeks time so could get some news around then.
Lots of Gas would be a good start followed 2 weeks later by oil discovery in bottom zone.
