Reabold California Operational Update



Reabold is pleased to announce that Integrity Management Solutions ("IMS"), contract operator of Reabold's interests in California, has informed the Company that the perforating and swabbing operation at the Burnett 2B and Burnett 2A wells, as announced on 29 April 2019, has been completed. Commercial flow rates have been confirmed at both wells, which are the third and fourth wells in the Reabold California portfolio to achieve this.



Multiple zones were perforated in both wells and the swabbing runs resulted in oil flow from all zones prognosed to be hydrocarbon bearing.



Pumping units are being mobilised this week, with the final permanent production facilities expected to be in place within the next two weeks, at which point both wells will be put onto permanent production. Reabold will inform the market as to the flow rates achieved once the wells are on permanent production.



Both the Burnett 2A and 2B wells, have additional reservoir zones prognosed to be hydrocarbon bearing that have not yet been perforated and Reabold will evaluate the potential to target additional production from these zones at a later date, after gathering initial production data from these wells.

I would expect news regarding the core samples within the next 2 weeks. imo

We must be due an update very soon.
Must be waiting on permits as usual.
VG-4 to be connected to export pipeline and 2 Monroe wells to be connected to pipeline also.
Wish they would give us an update at least.

Looks like we had to raise money just to pay the wages and keep the lights on while we look for a buyer.
If we do not find a buyer by xmas then we will have to raise again and go exploring once more. imo
Only 29% salary cut is ridiculous when wages are paid from fund raising and dilution.
Should have been at least 50% or even paid for with shares. imo
Could this be another 12 -18 months wait ?

We can not release an RNS while we are in negotiations which i think we are.
JP has already said in the past that we would be the last to know.
The next RNS will state that we have had an offer . imo

I just hope the rumour is true.

So keep salary's going for another 12 Months but cut overheads down to 6 mil a year.
Thats still far too much for our no income company to be paying in salary's and admin costs.
Looks like they are going to keep digging into our honey pot to line their own pockets.. imo
This is not how a struggling company should be spending our money.
We raised that money for our 3 well drilling campaign and we should have seen it through. imo

There was always going to be delays and the protesters blocking the roads has not helped.

Could be 85p though which would cover most investors losses.

2 Days in a row the SP has dropped near the end of the day.
