Tough decision but maybe a safe one.
After Wessle it could be months before anything else happens.
Maybe Humber are holding things up by not agreeing to relinquish their assets and not got money to pay their share either.
This could be a hidden matter that has not been mentioned yet but could hold progress back for Months and Months while they try and negotiate a deal.
