Anyone know how long the well will be on test?

Rig mobilisation has been completed ahead of the drilling of the Snow Leopard-1 well in Block V. The well is expected to spud during the week commencing 9 July 2018

No later than Friday . imo

Is an excellent result so just sit back and wait for the well test results.

Our well testing will be starting this week so that will help keep the SP up.

For each of the workovers, the rig workover programme consists of abandoning the previously producing, but now suspended, oil zones and then completing the discovered but uncompleted gas zones within the Springhill Formation. Each rig operation is expected to take up to 10 days, following which each well will be put on an extended well test to obtain further data on the existing gas volumes prior to any sanction of a commercial development, which would include the construction of a 28km pipeline. Testing of each well is expected to take a maximum of 30 days, including flowing and shut in periods to determine reservoir pressures, connected volumes and flow rates. The total cost of the rig operations and testing is approximately US$0.55M per well.

does this mean that we might have to do another placing to pay for workovers of wells


Additionally, and whilst the rig is on contract, the Company and CGC are considering the completion of a number of additional well interventions and workovers both in Estancia La Maggie (within Fracción C) and Fracción D to either restore or increase well productivity from existing wells.
