Sharebell, the shares or cash equivalent must be returned.
Cash equivalent!
Well when you can't pay the loan and you've had the cash , then the cash equivalent cancels itself out.
And it states in the rns they can trade the loaned shares.
You can't trade them without selling them.
I belive the words used was "to mitigate risk, or exposure"
When I've time ill post it from the rns word for word.
Think you need to read the original stock losns rns sharebell.
Because
1, they can do what they like.
2, they don't have to return them
Boiler rooms for ya.
Made out to be a failure?
We were supposed to be ready and have multiple funders 3 years ago, we were supposed to have 8 billion in funding by now. Check the RNSs.
What we've ended up with is a small IM that took how long to get going, with nothing to follow up.
That's not fake news. That's reality and those are the promises most of us invested upon.
We were told that IM was a true sàle an bullet proof, but we aren't even calling it true sake anymore, that's just being brushed over.
We now have Pegno, which it took to get people to take the initiative to fund us.
So true sale was not bullet proof at all.
Anybody who's not a liar will admit we were mislead.
We took CLNs to buy a company we didn't need other than to get us past the auditors at the time, we paid way over the real value for that company and they've been made millionaires out of our pockets.
That's why the price got hammered.
And it stays down because TAG are trading it.
All that said, it looks like we might get something substantial over the line which can grow and we can hopefully become profit making.
But we all thought that many times before and many of the previous initiatives came and went and remain brushed under the carpet.
Well it's something new to puzzle over.
And yes, we've all seen that many cancelled trades.. it's been going in since syme listed
Funny that sharebell, because this morning you were declaring those buys
I hope not. We will only get shafted
😂
I laughed my aŕse off when I saw we don't know what the business is or what they are trying to build..
😂
Honestly, how many times has somebody said "people dint understand the business "? Like it's complicated!
Well it's a race between funding and revenue.
How quick can AZ get these deals done and money in the coughers. Because that's what's needed to sort any funding sorted.
Wouldn't be syme if it weren't bizarre Jarv 😅
Don't see how they could be.
They aren't shares until exercised and none of them are anywhere near today's prices .
So can't see why anyone would exercise them when you can buy shares far cheaper

Very concise
36 month ago, it would of gone up significantly.
But 18 month ago , probably the same as it just did.
Too many deals signed not come to fruition.
He needs to show revenue in the bank.
Mind you all the revenue in the world doesn't matter if selling outnumbers buying, that's what drives the price up
The way I read it was uk pipeline is down by massive percentage
Italian is up by slightly higher percentage.
That's not saying they've exited the uk market, its just what the figures in the rns say
Don't think he was misrepresenting anything
I feel like you've stopped at the point the normal rns statements end with.. instead of scrolling on.
The title is pipeline
Further down it says region or something
Starts with Italy
Then united Kingdom
The europe (not uk or Italy)
I just quoted that straight from the RNS.
I clicked on the rns , on this site and I went past the chairman's statement, past AZs statement.
Keep going down.
It's right there
